We have purchased a 1.5 ton 3 star copper condenser ac & model no. Ls19a3b against order no. Od[protected], invoice no. Faabdp[protected] dtd. 18-02-18 online from flipkart, and the ac installed by technician on dtd. 21-02-18. And from the first day the cooling was nothing for which we have complained many time to the brand lloyd ac, also many time technician comes to check the problem from flipkart & lloyd but they not given us proper solution, at last the technician informed to replace the machine because there is very much vibration in compressor and cooling is also nothing.

For which we have talked with head of flipkart and he informed us that the machine will be replace by lloyd, and when we contact with lloyd ac to the head Mr. Mirju kamani then he informed us do not talk with us your machine will be replace by flipkart. Then where the customer will go for solution...??

we request you to please help to solve the problem and help us to replace the machine on priority.
