Dear sir/madam,
I purchased the lloyd inverter ac 1.5 ton 3 star dated 20.04.2018 from monika enterprises, bijnor and installed by their person at the cost of rs.1000. At the time of installation it was not cooling properly and waited 6 days, but the result was same, therefore, i called monika enterprises and he said it is in the scope of llyod. So, i complaint on 27.04.2018 having complaint no. Hil[protected] and your service person visited on same day suggesting to wait for some more days, but the result was same. Then again i complaint on 20.05.2018 complaint no. Hil[protected], your person visited and conclude ac has insufficient cooling gas but he didnot fill at that time by excusing of non-availability. Then again i contacted your service person, he referred to contact service manager mr. Ashu. I contacted him, he said, i will have to pay for the service or the warranty is void as it is installed by monika enterprises. I am getting warranty of what? Please resolve the issue as i have contacted several times both monica enterprises and llyod. It is becoming very hectic and cannot see any solution.

I have also same problem with Loyyad tv panel it’s just 2 months now I buy this tv and customer care have very poor service its 4 days now and they don’t have panel so they need more days I suggest don’t buy anything Loyyad company. Company just waste money on adds not quality

    I have purchased new lloydh inverter ac in april 16 th 2018 but it is not cooling. It is very worst experienced with lloyed invertor ac. I have informed to local dealer but they have not resolved my problem till date. I informed and told them that please if out door unit is installed in inside of my house so please install it on the roof so ac will be able in cooling mode. But after 15 to 20 days my problem is still is same no any further action taken by local dealer till today.

      chronic problem in pcb of lloyd window ac model lw19a3n

      1. I had purchased one 1.5t window ac from m/s jmj traders, new delhi-110029 on 13.7.2016.

      2. Within about 10 months of purchase, on 1.5.2017 the main display & pcb of the ac became faulty. I raised a complaint vide complaint no. Leel[protected] dated 1.5.2017. The pcb/display change was done on 6.5.2017 under warranty.

      3. Again on 10.4.2018 the same problem came, which was registered vide complaint no. - id...

      Wow! I was thinking of escalating my ac issue.. But i can see a list of similar complaints so i think there is no point of saying much.. I have logged complaint on 4th may 2018... May being peak season when one needs ac to my surprise it's almost end of the month and the unit is in the service centre. Over all 4 complaint logged multiple solution for gas leakage, then capacitor change now it's cooling coil for which the part is not available. I sure won't suggest any one to purchase lloyd ac.

        I am a your customer and purchase a wi-fi lloyd ac.
        I giving a complaint for wi-fi not working in my ac and cooling very slowly.
        2 time complaing but no service done from your site. No technician send from your site.
        Your odisha bhubaneswar service head not receive the call and not answering call or sms.
        I request to you please solve my problems, other wise i have taken other action.

          On March 21, 2018, I purchased a split airconditioner Lloyd Brand from a local retailer Venu's Digital Arcade in Thrissur and the same was installed after two days by Lloyd's technician. The outdoor unit was making too much noise when tested for the first time and the technician said the same will be replaced. We made a complaint to Lloyd as well to the dealer. Two separate people came after two days and inspected the air conditioner and said the same is faulty. Even after repeated calls to both the dealer and the company, no one came no replacement was given. When you make a complaint, the company will send you a code (KKG code) which shall not give to the technician unless you are satisfied with the service, The code was tactfully taken from me on the telephone saying that the complaint is long pending and you make a fresh complaint. The new code was also taken from me saying that they have instructed the dealer to send a replacement.

          Today when I contacted the dealer, they are saying that they will not replace the air conditioner, but will repair it only. I am waiting for more than a month, till today no replacement was given.

            Last month we are purchase lloayed split ac 1 ton 5 star cherry color wifi model from your dear raheja electronics zira, distt ferozepur. From the 1 st day it can not work good.
            It shows f4 eror some time daily basis.
            It create noice. I complaint and your technicians come for services they change steblizer but after change the steblizer issue not resolve.
            I am totally harash from your service.

              I am buying lloyd led tv full hd after 2 months a display is not working. I calling lloyed customer care he said your screen panel damaged totaly and change all panel its costs is 15000 rs . I buy tv 18000 rs . This is a fraud a tv panel price is very high its not discount not warranty . Again said the new panel only one months warranty no replace . Its so big fraud because companies faulty screen panels and earn so big mony through its damaged conditions customer not paid a big money in this panels . He said buy a new led tv . Its not good .my lloyed led tv warranty is 3 years but no panels replaced .

                I have purchased a split ac model number ls19a5cx on 18.02.2018. Through online marketersamazon. After receiving the unit i registered the product in lloyd app. At the same time i registered for installation. Within 2 days the company technician attended and installed the unit. But problem is that from day one its not working as per product norms heavy sound in both idu and odu. At this juncture i registered a complaint about this problem. Complaint number:hilo9o[protected]. Within time the companies main technician attended and checked the unit and got conclusion that the pcb and blower motor were defective. About this issue he discussed with company officials and ordered for parts. After receiving the spares he replaced those spares in place of defective spares. After replacing the unit worked properly for one day. Again the same problem arised. Again i registered a complaint number:hil[protected]. Next day the same technician attended and checked the unit and discussed about the problem with technical engineer. What they suggested me that pl. Close the previous complaint and register a new complaint. I did what they suggested. Number is[protected]. On 22nd april so far i didn't get any reply from company nor service point. So far i have purchased total 3 numbers ls19a3pn, ls19b32fm and this defective model. Even the companies technician also came to conclusion that the total unit idu and odu were manufacturing defective. Iwas really frustrated about the product. So pl make arrangements to replace the whole unit in place of defective one. This is the 5th time i am registering about the issue.                   Dear sir/madam,

                  With great trepidation, we are writing to you. We bought a lloyd 1.5 ton split ac from gupta electronics, 1157/1, east rohtash nagar, shahdara (Invoice number 21) on 3 april 2016.

                  It has been two years and we the ac has been a problem for us ever since.

                  Here is the history of all the complaints:

                  1. The ac was installed by the dealer. They installed the ac just above the tv set. After a while, water started dripping from the ac, because of which the display of the tv set was damaged. We registered a service request (#202495) for the same. On 28 june 2016, the ac was re-installed at a different place. However, after a month, the ac ran out of gas, which was refilled under warranty.

                  2. On 23 august 2017, the ac again ran out of gas. We paid 2150 inr to get the gas refilled. After a week, the ac again ran out of gas. The technician came and said that the cooling coil was a problem. They took it to the indoor service centre. After three months, in november 2017, the cooling coil was re-installed, but gas was not refilled. We were told that gas will be refilled in april 2018.

                  3.in april 2018, the gas was refilled. However, after three days, there was again a gas leakage. Technicians came again and said that this time there was some problem with some valve. They replaced it after 15 days and also refilled the gas. Despite that, the ac refused to work. They, then, took it to the outdoor service centre. After a week, on 3 may 2018 (Yesterday), the ac was re-installed.

                  4. Yesterday (On 3 may 2018), the ac worked fine only for a couple of hours. After that, it again started throwing very hot air.

                  Sir/madam, we are being harassed by your staff for the last two years. We have even spoken to our area's ash mr ashu gupta ([protected]) and the rsh mr manjeet singh ([protected]), but nothing has helped so far.

                  We sincerely request you to kindly replace this defected piece.

                  Our complaint id is hil[protected] and all the required documents are attached with this message.

                  We do hope this time we will not be disappointed.

                    1st time cooling problem

                    & this time some pcv problem

                    By technically i am unable to understand problem but i am sure it will be continue with me .

                      From last 2 months my ac is not working first there was a leakage problem that has been solved and after this several things starts comingéup.
                      P3 error for this they said it is gas problem bt it wasnt gas problem they replaced the gas twice first time the loaded with wrong gas and second they came to know it was wrong so they replaced it with a new one bt the error was not solved... After they open the ac they found it was wiring problem so the isaur of p3 error was solved then thier ia noise issue they said it is small issue bt they r unable to solve this they change some parts bt are unable tilp date... My requrst is please replace my full ac unit with new one.

                        Registered a complaint regarding non cooling of ac on 21.03.2018, engineers named krishan visited and repaired my cooling pipeline.

                        Again same problem occured on 22.4.2018
                        I registered a complaint on 24.04.2018
                        Engineers visited on 27.04.2018.
                        They said that cooling coil is damaged and need to replace the cooling coil.
                        I asked them till when the problem will be solved,
                        Engineers answered that "part is not available with company and we dont know how much time would it take".

                        I asked enginners for their id proof of lloyd, they denied to give.
                        They were repeatedly asking for kkg code only.

                        Then i talked to the area service head
                        Mr. Kamal sethi [protected],
                        I told them the problem, they answered the same, "sir it will take how much time, we dont know. He said whether part is available or not, we dont know".

                        If they answer like this, how can a customer think of being a part of lloyd in future.
                        I request you to please give me a serious and timely reply regarding till when my ac will be repaired.

And from the first day the cooling was nothing for which we have complained many time to the brand lloyd ac, also many time technician comes to check the problem from flipkart & lloyd but they not given us proper...

                          I have purchase a lloyed split ac inverter 1.5 ton on dated 09/02/2018 form shree ganesh enterprises, handidhua chowk, talcher, dist - angul, odisha, vide invoice no sge/1002, gstn - 21alppp8061l1zm, but after installation it works smoothly upto 10 days & after that, every time it started, a very bad small comes out, which made us unable to in-ell, so i personally made complain to the dealer, he advised me that, once we have sold the product the responsibility of ends and the authorized service center, angul is responsible for all future complain, then not wasting a single minuit i made a call to the service center, the engineers came & investigate nothing and horribly the same incidence occurs thrice but neither the service center responded nor the dealer, hence i finally decided to file a consumer case at angul dist forum, if the matter has not been meterilise with in a week.

                            I heard about loyyd its a old company from ince 40 years in all trains used lloyd ac i purchued it in solapur from maharashtra, first up all your custmer care line is allways busy cant get conneced and cant getting call back..
                            Loyyd company cheated me as they say that its a copper machine at the time of taking delivery so i can only check that outside unit which as showing us copper pipe, when i caused the problem of cooling and technition said that need to replace the pipe which is made up of aluminium...
                            . But i have very bed experience with the lloyd. Because i have already lg, electrolux ac are fitted since 7 years and used it but not a single day problem of cooling and gas liquage.in 2 years loyyd ac it starts troubling me. Log of coil is very poor, in short period it starts leakages. I have refilling it by paying 2500 but in only again 10 days technition said gas again liquages but how is it possible, there is no guarantee /baten tu for leakages, which is most harrashment, problem
                            As per my knowldge, now i want to go toi consumer foram yesterday i disscus with our loyyer for it he said onece u complain to company head office then if you cant get any reply then we file a case so thats why i write this mail, what can i do give your reply

                              Dear concern,

                              The service provided by your engineers today was unsatisfied.

                              Our major problem is while we switch on the a/c it starts smelling badly may be at high or low temperature we cant't use it.

                              Your engineer told us that it is resolved, but still we are facing same problem.

                              So i request you to please send some other better engineer who can resolve our problem at one visit.

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                I have bought 2 lloyd split ac in the month of july, 2017.ac came with 5 years warranty.
                                On 18th feb, 2018, while i switched on my ac to check whether i need some servicing it suddenly caught fire after sparking.in the moment smoke has been filled in my house and i brought local technician to stop the fire and stop it from aggravating. It was life threatening for us at that moment.

                                On 5th march, 2018 i called customer care and filed my complaint with the executive and received a complaint no,. Hil[protected].

                                Next day, a technician visited my house and took pictures of the burnt ac and he said that i would receive a call the next day.

                                Next day i got a call from the area manager, he said that as the part is burnt he would not be able to do anything as the company mentions that physical damage is out of warranty.

                                Now, i think the company is trying to dodge their responsibility by providing such clause in their warranty. On the one hand they are making such unsafe acs which can kill people and on the other hand, they don't want to accept the responsibility.

                                I am feeling cheated by the company that in the name of 5 yr warranty they are selling their products but due to some smart clause they are dodging the bullets. How one supposed to trust lloyd?

                                I really want the company to repair my ac for their fault. If not, i will move to consumer court or will file fir against lloyd for making such life threatening products.

                                It is not expected from such a big company as LLoyd and I hope that your grievance is redressed by them.

                                Lloyd are promoting their products by Big B. Is this is the way they are giving their services. They should get it replaced immediately. Bad image of the company.
                                My AC also caught fire suddenly.

                                  Worthless air conditioner
                                  0 quality of product and servicing
                                  Not even a single season passed with its repairing
                                  Last year complete coil was changed with swing motor and remote in warranty in one year only the gas valve are again needs to be changed gas is again leaking due to coil perforation remote is also not working again
                                  Lloyd doesnt know the meaning of warranty and servicing firth time they asked for money despite the fact that the ac is in warranty the ac i bought came with a 5 year warranty period but the still asked for money when i complained about the issues again they came checked and asked for the visiting charges 400rs which they took and also some advance for the parts replacement thats what lloyd defines as warranty and servicing
                                  Dont go for lloyd opt for other better options
                                  Buying a lloyd ac is like putting your 35000 to 40000 hard earned money to fire.

                                    नमस्कार सर,
                                    मैं हर्ष लुनिया राजनांदगांव (छतीसगढ़) निवासी हूँ, मैंने लॉयड इन्वर्टर AC 1.5 टन आपके athroised डीलर air fair cooling systum रायपुर से 13/2/18 को पर्चेस किया, जिसका इनवॉइस नंबर 586 है, जो कि मुझे 16/2/18 को मिल गया
                                    17/2/18 को मैंने उसके इंस्टालेशन की requset डाली, , , , आपका बंदा आया 19/2/18 को मॉर्निंग में और उसने बताया कि आपको स्टैंड बाहर से लाना होगा, मैंने कहा ठीक है, , , आप इंस्टालेशन चार्ज बताइये तो उसने मुझे 650/- के आसपास बताये (जो कि आपके 490+18% gst =580 से 70/-ज्यादा हैं )
                                    उसके बाद उस बंदे ने स्टैंड लगाने के 200/- अलग से मांगे otherwise AC नहीं लगाने की बात कही, तब मैंने आपके एरिया मैनेजर प्रभात पूरी जी से बात की, , , उन्होंने भी उस सर्विस मैन से कहा कि 580/- होते हैं और स्टैंड लगाने का अलग से चार्ज मत करो, , , पर फिर आपके राजनादगांव सर्विस सेंटर (मिलिंद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक) के संस्थापक महेश जी का फ़ोन आया और उन्होंने भी मुझे 200/- अलग से देने की बात कही, , , मैंने साफ कहा कि ये 200/- मैं नहीं देने वाला चाहे तो आप AC फिट ना करें, तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा कि लूनिया जी कुछ कम ज्यादा करके दे दीजिए, ये सबको देना पड़ता है, तब मैंने उनसे पूछा के इंस्टालेशन चार्ज का मतलब क्या होता है तो उन्होंने मुझे ही समझाने की कोशिश की, , , but फिर मैंने प्रभात जी को फ़ोन किया और ये समस्या बताई, , , फिर प्रभात जी ने उनसे बात की और फिर वो रेडी हुए 580/- में AC फिट करने के लिए, , , और उनका काम भी थोड़ा भी सफाई और जवाबदारी वाला नहीं लगा ।।। आउट डोर यूनिट को भी स्टैंड के 3 साइड ही बोल्ट से टाइट किया एक साइड तो open ही छोड़ दिया था, , , मेरे कहने पर कई किस्म के बहाने बनाने लगे और उसके बाद मैंने उनसे ये कहके (की कुछ भी हुआ भविष्य में तो वो आपके सर्विस सेंटर की जवाबदारी होगी) उनसे उसमें तार बंधवाया, भविष्य में अगर वो आउट डोर यूनिट गिरता है तो वो आपकी कंपनी की जवाबदारी होगी, , , ,
                                    इसके बाद वो लोग ये कहकर चले गए कि आपका AC का कनेक्शन खींचा हुआ नहीं है, अगर हो जाये तो बता देना हम तुरंत आ जाएंगे, , , मैंने उसके 1 hour बाद ही कनेक्शन करा कर उनको कॉल किया तो वो बोले आ रहा हूँ, , , , उसके बाद से मैंने कल से अभी तक 25 फ़ोन कर दिए पर ना तो वो आये और न ही AC चालू हुआ ।।।।
                                    अब आप ही बताएं कि coustmer की कोई वैल्यू है या नहीं आपकी नजर में ।।। भविष्य में मैं कभी किसी को रिकमेंड नहीं करूंगा लॉयड का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट खरीदें और आपकी सर्विसेज को मैं "-5" स्टार रेटिंग दूंगा ।।।।
                                    और आपकी सर्विस का यही हाल रहा तो मैं आपके एयर कंडीशनर को सार्वजनिक शौचालय में लगवा दूंगा जिससे आपको अपनी कंपनी की वैल्यू भी पता चले ।।। और हां हो सके तो अपना "मिलिंद सर्विस सेंटर" राजनांदगांव बदल दें (ज्यादा पैसा मांगते हैं)
                                    मुझे तो अब अफसोस हो रहा है कि क्यूं मैंने लॉयड जैसा चीप सर्विस बेस्ड प्रोडक्ट पर्चेस किया ।।।
