Lloyd Ac — poor customer service | |||
Hi! I have had almost 3 technicians visiting my place altogether but still the ac is not working properly. This is my second complaint and still the ac is not cooling. My 1st complaint # was hil[protected] which was registered on 25/09/2017 & my second complaint # is hil[protected] which was registered on 06/10/2017. I had almost 3 technicians named azaz, sunil & rafiq all 3 giving different issues altogether. 1st one saying that the compressor is not working. 2nd one saying that there is no gas inside the unit. 3rd one saying that there is a leakage in the ac. When i call up lloyd customer care number they disconnect my line without even answering. Moreover, rafiq had promised that he would come the next day & since then his cellphone is switched off. Pathetic customer service i have ever experienced. Lloyd sucks a big time. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
