I registered a complaint on 25/09/17 on lyyod app regarding my ac remote not functioning properly. I bought this ac on 17 jun 17. One of the technicians came for visit and informed me that your remote would be exchanged by another guy in 2-3 days once it is available in their station.
He also gave a receipt and took customer satisfaction code from me stating that the remote will be exchanged.
Its been over a week i did ne recieve any calls or message regarding this issue.
I called friends air conditioning center where mr. Nabiualla picked up the phone.
He informed me that lyyod is not exchanging remotes after 15 days of purchase. I told him that this should be informed by the technician at that moment. He replied stating that this confirmation we have received within a day that no more exchange is entertain.
Please help regarding this issue because this is false commitment to the customers.
I would also recommend to give service options only to good authorized dealers as lyyod itself is a brand.
Instead of wasting money in endorsing if half of the money is spend on customer satisfaction i gurantee most of the homes would have lyyod ac.
