Lloyd — Complaint against the service team

Dear Lloyd Service Team
I have a complaint against your service. I have brought a Lloyd LED TV 39 inch vide serial no: L201569N17100715 on dated[protected] vide invoice no: US/AG/RI-1168. The product had 5 years warranty at the time of purchase.

Last month on February 2021 I found issue in the LED as the display has been faded and line came on the screen. As per the protocol I have registered a service request on 14th February 2021 vide SR no:[protected]. On 17th the request has been assigned to Service Engineer Pradeep Sahoo, contact No- [protected] as per sms received. I have got a call first from Sai Aircon[protected] then from the engineer.

The engineer who visited my home is Mr Debasish Sahoo, contact No- [protected] has checked my Led and also discussed with his senior and told me that the panel needs to be replaced within 7 days and I have to pay service charge of Rs 700/-. The same has been confirmed by a lady representative from Sai Aircon who told the same. So I paid the amount to Me Debasish Sahoo through Phone pe and received the Money receipt 1179.

For 15 days I didn't get any calls from any of the Lloyd team. So I called from my side to Mr Debasish, he replied me to inform the status but not replied. The same process continued for 3 days. Then I contacted Sai Aircon and one lady told me to contact their head Mr Bibhudutta Khandai, [protected]. I called Mr Khandai who told me that the panel can't be replaced and I have to purchase a new LED of 32 inch from then by paying a differential amount of Rs 12000 odd. I refused the offer, so he told me to revert in few days.

Again after 10 days I again contacted to Mr Khandai but no result came and he told me that he can't do anything regarding this. I asked him about my paid service charge amount, he replied I have to paid that amount at any cost.

So I again raised a complaint on 11 March 2021 vide SR no[protected]. This time Mr Bibhudutta Sahoo, contact no [protected] contacted me and the same complaint again assigned to Sai Aircon and they called me again. As I told the issue they told me they can't do anything regarding this.

Then on 16th March 2021 a lady representative from Sai Aircon called me and wanted my phone pe no where they can return my service charge payment, I gave my no, but no payment has been made from their side.

Today on 23rd March I again call to customer care, representative Hema took my call and listen my query and told me that my both the service request has been cancelled. She told me to again register a request but I refused. Because the request has been assigned to Sai Aircon again, who will not going to solve my problem.

Now tell me please what is the procedure of waranty and why are you all wasting my time and harassing me. As per warranty I deserve my LED to be repaired by you at any cost.

By the March month end resolve my problem or else I will have to go to consumer forum to complaint the entire issue, how your service team of Sai Aircon doing unfair to me.
