Lloyd — Complaint Regarding Defective Lloyd Air Conditioner and very bad customer services

I am writing to formally a complaint regarding the extremely poor performance of the Lloyd air conditioner I purchased. Despite being a reputed brand, the product has consistently failed to deliver basic cooling and comfort.

The air conditioner does not cool effectively, even after prolonged usage.

Multiple service requests have not resolved the issue, and the same problems persist.

The product quality and after‑sales service have been highly disappointing, causing inconvenience and financial loss.

I request immediate corrective action, including either a full replacement of the defective unit or a refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to consumer grievance forums and share my experience publicly.

Kindly treat this complaint with urgency and provide a written response within 7 working days.
