Lloyd — Regarding complaint no[protected] | |||
Dear sir/mam I have purchased an inverter split AC on 05th aug 2020. My ac is not working and an error code E5 is showing. On 2nd June 2021 I made a complain through customer care and a service request was generated vide complaint no[protected]. On 3rd June your engineer visited and after seeing the ac he told me that pcb is damaged and cost for repairing pcb is 9800/-. I asked him the duration of guarantee of pcb. He told me I have no idea. Then I showed him the purchase bill and asked again about it. He told me I will discuss about it from his senior and left. After about 1 hour again I contacted customer care and told him everything and a new message was forwarded to me as "Dear Mr. Sandeep Kumar We regret for the inconvenience. Your service request[protected] has been escalated to Branch Service Head. - Havells". Till now I have got no response from your side. Pl do the needful asap.
