Lloyd — Regarding service issue/not cooling

I purchased an air conditioner from Bharat Shoppe on 02 June 2024.

Ever since I installed this AC, my AC has not been cooling. From that time till today, this problem has not been solved.in this regard, I complained to Lloyd Company 6 to 7 times continuously but have not got a solution yet.

Therefore, I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. I am very upset with the service of this product.
