Lloyd — Split AC 1.5 ton likeage issue

I have file a complaint with Lloyd regarding my llyod AC but the service center and customer care continue misguide me and I am really frustrated with this. Not taken any action from last 15 days. that they every time said it will resolved but no any response. I almost done with 15 to 17 time call with customer and there is no any solution. Even your technican broken my ac and now he is not responding.I am very depressed please request to resolve my problem ASAP
