Lloyd — Split AC stopped working before a month of purchase

Bought Lloyd Split AC on 12 sep and it stopped cooling, technician mentioned its a gas leakage issue which he could not figure out even after opening the entire indoor and outdoor unit, filled it with nitrogen to leave for 24 hours, right now i am looking for refund of the amount from Lloyd's team instead of repaired/replacement product as i am do not have faith in their product anymore because this has never happened in the past with other AC brands. I have sent an email to Lloyd's support team and waiting for their reply .
They sent 3rd party technicians for installation also who did not do any paper work and was asking for installation charges even though i was informed by Croma store that there is no installation charge (which they resolved after my multiple calls on the day).
After checking complaints from other customers i am sure this is a persistent issue with their ACs so i would like to get a refund of my purchase

Today's update on the matter...looking for a resolution on the same

Technician's came and mentioned that the gas leakage is in indoor unit, and it needs to be replaced. Spoke to Krishan (Area Service Head) who is asking me to get it replaced, however as mentioned earlier in this email and to him as well over call, I am not looking for replacement product even if it is new.
While raising a complaint on the consumer complaints forum online I checked that every 2nd customer who bought the Split AC has raised the same issue which means its a manufacturing defect. And surprisingly a lot of these complaints have been raised this year only during summers

Let me know who do I need to speak to for refund because I am not interested to be fooled anymore by your company . Please connect me to the escalation team for this as customer care team would not be able to resolve it

@Croma Team : I would like to know the next steps from your side how are you planning to arrange this from Lloyd as you were my first point of contact during the purchase. And going forward please keep Lloyd team in your replies and do not remove them from this thread. I do not want to have repetitive conversations on this matter with both the teams separately
