I ordered 3 Lloyd AC units from Flipkart (OD[protected], OD[protected] and OD[protected], and they were delivered successfully. The installation team, claiming to be from Lloyd authorized service, contacted us and came to our house for installation.
Unfortunately, the installation was not done properly:
• No insulation tape on copper tubes
• Holes were not sealed properly
• Overall poor workmanship
When a senior citizen in the house identified these issues and notified the technicians, they misbehaved and shouted at the senior citizen, which is completely unacceptable.
I paid ₹14, 485 for installation of 3 AC units, but no receipt or invoice was provided. Due to the poor installation, I had to arrange another team to correct the work.
This is totally unacceptable, and I request immediate action against the authorized dealer for sending such unprofessional personnel.
