Dear manager, Lloyd Havells brand Sub:- want to replace my air conditioner. Dear manager, I bought an air conditioner of lloyd (Havells brand) from the company’s outlet with the model no.:- ls13b34oa on 12th of march 2019. It has worked quite well even since i bought it. However, from the past few days, the air conditioner is creating a problem and not cooling very efficiently. I have called in your company earlier for the same and your mechanic came to our house but unfortunately he cannot solve the problem. As it was bought few months before so i still have warranty. Also, i have all the receipts and warrantee card. I called on the customer care number many times and today also, but no one is giving the satisfying answer as they put my call on hold and then cut the call. As you know the weather is quite hot and this scorching heat makes it nearly impossible to survive without an ac and it is just going to get a lot worse with time. I do not want to hire some local mechanic who might only worsen the situation or solve the problem temporarily. I would like you to fix a date on which your mechanic can come to our house for replacing it. Kindly acknowledge my mail as soon as possible.
