Lloyd Washing Machine — drain system is not working

Dear sir/mam
I humble request that my washing machine drain system is not working and i have complained against on 25.06, 2017. Technician attend for it.. Still not solve it... I have a warranty card but service provider is demanding bill.. Which is not available that time... Plz solve this matter and do this needfull
