Hello Sir,

My name is Jasvinder Singh from Chandigarh. I had applied for home loan in HDFC Chandiagrh and my application no is[protected]. When i had applied that time he wanted some docs and i had provided all the docs as per requirements. But now they are asking for our firm's partnership deed but our firm's owner is not giving me. So please let me know what to do? I have told all these things to hdfc but they need this docs necessary when i have applied for home laon that time they said your loan will approved and no need other docs. Now they are saying if i will not give this docs then loan will not approved so please let me know what to do?? if I will this application take back then they says hdfc will charge 1500/- for this. Here is no mistake from my side but they why asking for charges from me....

Please help and suggest best way to me
