Tata Sky Ltd. — not received the subsidy amount

sir i taken an education loan from sbi branch- benipatti
branch code:- 010772
loan amount:- 375000
loan period:[protected]

i come under the subsidy scheme and ialready submitted all the relative document for the same, but the bank isadding all the interest and does not providing me the subsidy over there, and does not giving the proper information regarding the subsidy ,,
so plz help me that i can pay the rest proper amount...i already paid 195000 till date..

and kindly take it siriously and solve the matter and contact the branch for the same ...
