I had taken a loan of Rs 40000 in 2019, which I paid in full. But for my penalty and whatever money was left, I used to get very dirty calls from your upword loan team, which they used to make to my family and my sister etc. and ask them to pay the thousand rupees. Your loan has been closed. To pay 2000 Your loan is closed. But my loan has not been loaded yet.
At last a call came from your upword team. He said make it ₹6000. I will close your loan right now. But even that didn't happen.
I am also mentioning the name and number of the person whose call came.

I am also posting to you the screenshots of the people who WhatsApped me to close my loan and I made the payment.
The day I paid Rs 6000, my loan was not even closed nor did I receive any call or message.
The loan tape company has cheated me and I am not able to pay this penalty and if not, please let me know. Where do I complain?
It was through your team that I was told that my loan would be closed. If I pay Rs 6000. I also made the payment. Even after that, my penalty was imposed and I was not given any information.
