Took a loan of 40, 000 Rs before lockdown for 24 months tenure, become of lockdown I was not able to pay my loan for one year and I was not given moratorium or loan restructuring as per RBI guidelines during the lockdown, till now I have paid 58, 000 Rs and when I check my remaining EMI's I found out that the tenure is extended by 6 months and I was not informed about this changes and I didn't undersign or receive the new agreement with extended tenure, Loantap is not ready to answer my question or resolve this issue
