I had taken a loan of Rs 40000 in 2019, which I paid in full. But for my penalty and whatever money was left, I used to get very dirty calls from your upword loan team, which they used to make to my family and my sister etc. and ask them to pay the thousand rupees. Your loan has been closed. To pay 2000 Your loan is closed. But my loan has not been loaded...

Took a loan of 40, 000 Rs before lockdown for 24 months tenure, become of lockdown I was not able to pay my loan for one year and I was not given moratorium or loan restructuring as per RBI guidelines during the lockdown, till now I have paid 58, 000 Rs and when I check my remaining EMI's I found out that the tenure is extended by 6 months and I was not informed about this changes and I didn't undersign or receive the new agreement with extended...

After speaking to them about my situation of my inability make a Payment

The several options given to me was
Sell my house
Sell my vehicle
Sell my kidney

My parents were harassed stating that the whole family is problematic...

I've availed a personal loan from loantap organization (Nbfc firm) of rs. 3, 50, 000 for 36 months tenure in the year of 2019 and loan amount started deducting from 2020 year. For first few months everything was going well, suddenly covid-19 came and turned everyone's life into completely different situation. And i lost job due this pandemic, hence i called these loantap people and asked for moratorium...
