I had taken 2 loans from them in 2019. I was abroad in 2020 and My bank account changed from Citibank to ICICI and despite numerous mails sent to them, nothing was done and I was making the payments manually every month. Their customer service associate used to send me the link every month after sending him reminders and he told me nothing to worry about the bounce charges. I called them up and they told me to send the cancelled cheque etc etc which I was not carrying with me when I was abroad. They could have easily done this small thing over the call or the app but no responses. Now when all my EMIs were paid, they get up n tell me to pay the bouncing charges. I asked him how much was that and why should I pay when I have been following up with you guys to change the nach mandate. This person told me total 15K but would settle for 10k. I paid the 10 k after too many arguements etc etc in Jan 2025. Now after 7 months they called me again to pay the bouncing charges of 15k for 2nd loan. Now when I am asking the person that at tht time whn I asked you how much were the total charges, why didnt you tell me there and then. Their response was we had sent you a mail. Now if someone doesnt see their mail and you dont call or message how would the customer know. And to top it after 7 months now again they calling me and this girl jessica whom she calls herself, is so rude and behaving like so uneducated types. They expect that I should be paying another 15k which is utter nuisance just because they didnt change the bank account after multiple follow ups. Was this information helpful? |
