Local Shopkeeper — Medical store doing courier service

Hello team,

There is a medical shop (Parag medico) in balewadi, near dasra chowk next to chocolate room.

I use to courier from there but from last month they are charging double amount. They are using maruti express courier facility for it, some day back i directly contacted them and asked rate for courier from pune to ghaziabad, it was ₹130 but parag medicos charged ₹270. Even after asking many times why charges are double only answer i got is due corona rates are double.
Also i have asked them everytime to share receipts of payment but it was never done.

I have attached on photo of parcel where in maruti bar code shopkeepers number is mentioned at the bottom of barcode i. E. [protected] where as you can find my number in bottom for parcel..
