[Resolved]  Locanto — complaint against ad id [protected]

On 4th january 2018 this person has taken 6150 rupees from me for labrador retriever puppy and have not delivered it. He told me that i will have to pay in advance 6000 rupees and puppy will be delivered at my place. Delivery charge will be 150 rupees. So he asked me to transfer 6150 rupees through paytm. I asked him how to trust him, he said he is in this business for past 6 years and recently have done delivery to gujrat.. If trust issue is there then ce to my place and pick it up. As i was busy in my schedule and wanted puppy soon, i paid him full amount. On the delivery day i was waiting for the puppy but it did not get delivered.. I tried to call him numerous times but he did not response and at the end of the day he watsapp that i am in tirupati. Sorry. It will be delivered tomorrow. So we waited until next day but story was worse other day. He neither answered the call not replied in watsapp. I tried to call him since 6th jan 2018 but he did not answer. So i tried to call him today from another number today (8th jan) and he started speaking in kannada and pretended that he doesn't know english while all the deals happened in english before and chat is also in english. Please help me to take the money back from this person. Otherwise i won't have any other choice to file a police complaint against him
