[Resolved]  Locanto — inability to post "free" ad.

I have been a frequent user of the free site, - "locanto" for many years, successfully posting free ads, without a problem.
I am now unable to do so.
When i press the, -"post a free ad" button, the site will not allow me to post my ad.
I have tries to contact the site, using the '-"contact" button, & submitting my enquiry/complaint, however, my enquiry will not be accepted/sent, & a message comes up in the screen saying, -"this page is not found".
This is very frustrating!
I would like an explanation, & i would like this situation resolved, so once again i may be able to freely post my ads once again.
