Last night water leaking started from my flat ceiling and from Bathroom window due to labours kept water tap on at H1114 flat.

I had booked a flat and was promised that the loan will be done, if not the booking amount will be refunded without one rupee deduction. The loan process is extremely complicated and not in my favour. Now they are not answering my calls or messages and neither is my refund in process. Kindly look into this. As I am still interested to purchase the flat but at a later stage. Don't spoil the customer service relationship....

The Water is sinking from the roof of the entire flat. First it started with the Hall and now within 3 days it's in the Kitchen. The Water is coming from Duck. Pls inform the maintenance team to visit and fix this problem at the earliest.
