Hi, i had booked the flat 4 days back and want to do the calellation but relation manager told me its not possible. How it can not be possible the cancellation within 4 days. I had paid 72000 he said it cant be refundable. I was ok for that also even he is not ready for the cancellation.
The Lodha Amara Thane property is upcoming and is on block on invitation basis only. The design plan is pleasant and is based on ‘walk from home to office concept’
There are 4 towers spread across several acres. The entire property is under construction as yet.
Its built in a heavily residential area so the success of concept is yet to be seen
