Logitech — Order No #[protected] not received till now, order placed on 2nd June

Hi,
I have placed order #[protected] for Webcam (
Logitech C270 HD Webcam, 720p∕30fps) on 2nd June 2020. It was supposed to dispatched Via DTDC in delivery within 3-4 days, and today it completed 49 days, I have not received a single update from your side. I am calling (+[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] regularly, but no one picks up the call
Also, I am not getting replies to the email I sent. I am considering the pandemic situation it should have delivered to me long back.
Kindly cancel the order and refund the money.
