[Resolved] Lot Mobiles — cheap quality and fraud

I suggest to not trust lot store, they are really fraud and they fool customer like anything. I asked for 5d glass for my smart phone, they brought cheap quality tempered glass from outside and argued with me for getting convinced that is 5d glass. After i proved that is not 5d glass, they again brought some low quality glass which is broken while applying to my phone. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Sincerely, Customer Service Representative Nov 02, 2018 Updated by anonymous76 When customer don't want to purchase road side product and came to LOT store for a branded product, what LOT executives are doing is.. they take money from customer and bring same road side low quality item and giving to customer that too with out receipt.
