[Resolved] Lot Mobiles — Lot mobiles online Bill problem

I bought redmi note 10 and string neckband earphones from lot showroom nellore near, rukmini silks, Kapuveedi, Andhrapradesh store representative said that he will send what's bill we thought ok he might send it fast but now it's four days now but he didn't send bill when i asked him he is saying that he was not able to send bill because of server problems but invoice is mandatory why they can't give printed bill please make your servers fine for rectifying these kind of problems and i hope this problem will soughtout soon asap. May 4, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved First i thought that they did not send bill but the reality is they sent but the number is removed from that what's app so he did not get bill but when i went to store again they are so polite and gave the bill print slip that's a polite behaviour that we should appreciate . LOT Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
