Dear Sir/Mam,
My self ARIF AYUB PATHAN, leave in Mumbai, and I'm working in Scorpion Group as Senior executive -IT, I was took loan for bike in on 30 Aug 2021, Rupees 1, 11, 632.00 only, From 30 Aug 2021 to till date, I was paid all 20 emi on time, 2 emi are my late due to salary was created late, so I was also paid their charges rs 350 as per delay month, just for 2 3 day late,
But in this month, my house was renovated and I don't have money to pay the emi, the executive of L&T finance called me and I was tell them this month I don't have money to pay whenever money will arrange I will pay you emi or I will pay by next month 2 emi together with whatever charges you have i will pay,
But after just 15 day delay they are calling me and my family like my father and mother and start abuse to them, they are talking with bad language and word, they are harassing us for only 1 month delay I'm my 1 emi of of 24 emi which I was paid 20 emi on time.
Please take some serious action on them. They too much harassing us for little delays in payment,
This is not way to talk and handel customer, everybody has and issue this not means I will not paying you, but this month i have some issues, i will pay both emi on next date or I will pay whole remaining amount,
Please teach some manners to call the customer and his family on how to talk.
