[Resolved]  L&t Finance — Noc for two wheeler not downloaded but asking for charge amount of Rs-295

Dear sir,
I had a two whleer loan with L& T finance having loan Account No-TI[protected].I have closed the loan amount with a Forecloser. I tried to download the Noc from their website but I didn't get the download documents. But when I tried to do the same again the system is asking for extra amont to deposit of Rs. 295.when I have not received the download copy why should i pay the extra amount for the same?. please do the needful.
