I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issue I have been facing regarding the delay in receiving my LOD (Letter of Disbursement) and FC documents for my home loan.
Despite my continuous efforts and follow-ups over the past few months, I have only received the LOD letter. Despite repeatedly contacting the customer care team, my request remains pending. They have repeatedly informed me that it would take 9 working days to resolve the issue, but it has now been two months without any progress. Additionally, I have been informed that the freezing period has started, further prolonging the process. Meanwhile, I have already made two EMI payments and am about to make the third.
I had faced a similar issue during the payment disbursement to the builder previously. Despite submitting all the necessary documents on time, the payment was delayed. It was only resolved when I raised an online complaint on Twitter. Unfortunately, due to the delay in payment, the builder has imposed a late payment fee of Rs 33, 000, which I am required to pay out of my own pocket. Similarly, I anticipate incurring additional late payment fees as the FC document is still pending, resulting in a delay of two months.
The customer care team has created multiple case IDs[protected], 21832431, 21538728, 22294574, 22274488,[protected] to address this issue, but the resolution remains elusive. I kindly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter.
