Hello team,
Kindly see the attached files for your information.
My emi date every month 3rd, this month September due to finance issue not paid 4102rs consumer loan, they calling me everyday, I said I will pay between 11 to 15/09/22, as per my commitment, I paid online 11/09/22 see the payment photos, next day 12/09/22 again they deducted my amount 4102rs . I am calling same number but they only said next month sure not deduct or 48hrs you will get the return amount or one emi less, but they not given any documents for the same. Emi bounce penalty 14/09/22 charged.
Please help me to return my amount. L & t finance not good to help and they simply said go and complain.
Please please help me

Long follow up, not given reply to my email and I also doing request every time by website refunds request but error in website l &t finance ltd. Even I am trying customer care not connecting line ..almost 14 days wait after that my return amount received, they already don't know about my loan bounce as well as bounce charges 😒, I need to close this finance ASAP, such a bad experience, I don't want to try next time to take any loan from l & t finance ltd.

L&T Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
