This complaint is regarding the sewer flow right outside my house, this problem is persisting for a very long time, have tried reaching the customer support regarding it but couldn’t connect to the complaint redressal team due to non availability on your part, this problem has been occurring for almost 2-3 weeks now, the entire area outside my house gets flooded with water in the morning that continues for the entire day, I’m afraid that it might become a cause of cholera in our area.
I’d be grateful if this problem is tackled as soon as possible because serious inconvenience is being caused due to such unhygienic condition

There is an open sewer(nala) near sector M ashiyana behind bijli pasi qila, Its open and is serving as a breeding ground for various hazardous disease. It has also led to increase in mosquito in the are, making place uncomfortable to reside. People all around the locality is facing diseases like malaria, dengue etc .
I request the authority to take necessary steps to cover that drainage permanently. Its running parallel to the qila road, sector M ashiyana 226012

This is to inform you that two trees in-front of house no. [2A/308 Vrindavan Yojana, Raebareli Road] which have almost rotten and spoiled due to massive white mealybugs attack on it recently are gradually dying and can fall any time soon. Also large number of mealybugs get inside houses nearby those trees which causes trouble for everyone. Also Due to rotting of trees the sap/sticky liquid which is continuously falling from those trees has entirely damaged the roads as they have become complete black and super sticky

I request you to please consider my complain as soon as possible and cut these two trees.

Hello Sir, My name is Pawan Verma and I m a resident of House num 568/26 Kailash puri Lucknow and Want to complain about the growing menace of Monkeys in the Locality, with over 15-20 of them, it is almost impossible to step out of the house. There have been many instances that they distroy our clothes, plants, pipes, cable wires and constantly disturb us any day time..Some days back we even faced 2-3 accidents because of monkeys. as days are passing, they are rising at large.You are requested to kindly do the needful as it is really dangerous situation for kids and ladies. Today they enter in room and try to bite somehow with god grace my wife and child has survived, Kindly look into this matter on priority

We are in 191-Shakti Nagar near Peerbagh Maszid, Faizabad Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow(U P.)-226016. We are facing lot of problems in garbage disposal. He is not regularly and mostly comes 2-3 or even 4 days gaps.Please take necessary actions.

Keeping garbage at home is not good for children, it can be spread diseases. Even we cannot through garbage on road also.

So please do the needful on priority.

The interlocking bricks of Rajajipuram Block-C colony road, was bring out for the installation of Gas Pipe line, now the related work has been done but the interlocking bricks not put back on engraved area infront of few Houses like C 1165, 1163, 1191.

I am a resident of Saripura, Alamnagar, Bhuyian Devi Colony and purchased a home recently. After shifting at my house I saw there is no sewage connection and no drainage system. People are making ways for waste water into the empty plots, which is not a lifelong solution.

I have complained to the ward commissner (Mannu Kanojia). However, no response has been given. Plus, there is only one street light at my colony.

I will only do my assessment of my house when the sewage connection, roads and proper drainage system is created by the Nagar Nigam. My colony is under Lucknow Nagar Nigam and why it is not getting the attention from the authorities for such a major reason.

I want immediate action should be taken before the condition worsen as kids are getting ill due to files and insects caused by the drainage water.
