CHARBAGH respectively are suffering due to the very heavy encroachment on this road because
of the Whole sale spice Traders(Ram Madir, Subhash Marg) and grain traders(Pandey Gunj, )
operating their business without considering the convenience of the common people travelling
on this road.

3.Heavy and giant vehicles parked on the road for 24/7 loading and unloading.

4.School children coming home after school always stuck in the traffic STARVING with EMPTY
STOMACH.

5.Most importantly their behaviour is ferocious and wild and don't pay heed if told about
peoples' problem.

6.And Threat for dire consequence and are not scared of any Municipal Corporation system and
all.

So therefore this is a request on behalf of a common man to look into matter and do the
needful urgently.

Sir,

It is my painful duty to inform you, I am a resident of Sector M, Aashiana Colony from last Twelve years. This is to inform you that the road condition of Aashiana Colony Sector M road is so bad conditions There has been no development of this road since 16 years. The road is full of potholes, stones and mud. It is very difficult to even walk on that road. Things become worst in rainy season, whenever it rains there is water logging on the road. Due to the bad road conditions, the auto rickshaw drivers are also not ready to come there. The auto rickshaw drivers complaints that, the is road is very bad & we will not drop you there. "It rained for just an hour, but the roads are flooded. We can't step out of our house because the entire road is waterlogged, ''

Moreover, during the Monsoon season, roads convert into swimming pools. There is a lot of water logging, however, no one seems to pay any heed to the situation. Through this medium, I would like to file a complaint against the competent authorities, who are not showing any interest in this area and the situation is getting bad to worst.

I am a citizen of India, request you on behalf of all the residents of Sector M Aashiana Colony to please take some actions to repair the road. We are facing very much difficulty due to this bad road condition.
Hope you will take some actions soon to repair the road.

i would like to draw the attention of municipal and other concerned authorities towards ramlila park mahanagar lucknow. this park is being used for holding of marriages and other functions therby causing lot of inconvinience to all o[censored]s residing nearby.this has been going on for previous five years and our repeted complaints in this regard addressed to nagar nigam authorities have fallen on deaf ears.use of dj till late in the night is cauing lot of inconvinience to us .recently marriages/receptions have been held on 17/22/23/26 november 2009 .today also a reception is being held here and tent etc for function to be held soon is already there. our problem has been reported by almost all leading dailies of lucknow but to no avail. may i request the municipal commisoner to personally look into the matter and stop these marriages and other functions. p c pande c-169 sec-c mahnagar lucknow

Near my house and next to road there road is totally broken due to that all the drainage water comes on the road.Before two or three months back yr departmental contracter constructed these road, but due to rainy season it is in very bad condition.
In this context I have to bring to yr kind notice that Sweepers alloted to this area comes 1 or 2 days in a week.The Supervisor never comes to see that sweeper under them are properly working or not.

Now, for last fifteen days no sweeper has been deployed to clean the roads and drain of the sector and as such the drain is stinking and roads are full of garbage and cracker residue is also lying. Sir, we all pay our tax of Nagar Nigam and also the sewage tax is charged but regular cleaning facility is not provided. It is to bring for ur kind notice that Neamatullah Road from SBI to prathmic vidyalay aminabad lucknow has many slopes on the road which become full of water during any slight rainfall due to bad drainage system. Also the street lights are mostly fused and there is nobody to look after that. Due to these problem most of the people are suffering a lot from the damages of road, mostly the old age people and the women who are pregnent. Due to drainage problem many deseases have there way to play wih the life of the people living here.

Accumulation of rainwater on road

Dear Sir,

About two years back the road adjoining my house, no 3/302 Vivek Khand in Gomtinagar, was re-laid and the rain water drains were reconstructed. During the process the kerb of the drain was kept above the road level. As a result the slightest rain brings water logging for long hours till the entire water is spilled out by the vehicles moving thereon or is evaporated. This takes two to three days during which mosquittoes breed.
Besides, the water splashed from tyres of the vehicles moving thereon drenches the passersby.

It is bring to your kind notice that I am resident of 24C kailaspuri behind old jail, Lucknow. Near my house and next to road there road is totally broken due to that all the drainage water comes on the road.It may the problem of not proper drainage. before two or three months back yr departmental contracter constructed only some part of road rest are very badly damaged. Due to these problem most of the people are suffering a lot from the damages of road, mostly the old age people children and the women who are pregnent. Another imp thing is that from no. of cows daily comes since six months in our lane at 11pm and go in morning at 5am, due to that they lefy their dirt behind them which is a major problem. v also do not know the whose cow are. About 20 months ago the rain-water drains and interlocking tiles were laid along the road adjoining my house no. 3/302 Vivek Khand in Gomtinagar. In this connection, the slope of the road was built in such a way that even after slight rains the southern approach to my house remains waterlogged till it gets dried up automatically. I had pointed it out to the Contractor at that time itself but he did not care. Then I had tried to contact the Junior Engineer in charge of this locality who told me that he would look into it when the adjoining lane along house numbers 3/327 and 328 is relaid.

Can you please have the complaint looked int and redress my grievance.

road — No one cleans the road near our residence

Hello,

Am a resident of Bhoodevinagar colony (Tirumulgherry Secunderabad)
The street sweepers do not even bother to have a look on our cement roads.
Even if call them, they just ignore us.
Inspite of calling them they do not sweep the roads.The other adjacent roads are taken care off
but no one is bothered to clean our roads.We pay so much of tax every year to be treated like this !!!

We do not know whom to contact in this respect.

I wopuld be very glad if I get a response on this.

We have constructed a house in Gomti Nagar Vinamra Khand. The Road and street lights in the entire colony is non existent. It seems that there is no body to look after the area from Nagar Nigam side.

This is the only park in chowk for public for doing morning walks and yoga but these days the condition is worst, park is converting into a small jungle because for so many days nobody has came to cut the grass and even some lights and the fountain is not working, and dogs and cows also go inside the park as no guard is vigilant .

This is a humble request regarding construction of road and extension of sewer line in Kuber Bagiya, Sharda Nagar Ward No-8. We requested to construct the road in front of our houses which is still muddy and has not been constructed yet. During rainy season water loggs on the road which makes it slippery, under such conditions it has always been difficult and risky to move on the road. During rainy season the problem deepens manifold. Drainage of sewage is another serious problem prevailing for several years in the region. No sewer line has been installed in Kuber Bagiya due to which we face a great deal of problems in disposing of sewage and cleaning up of septic tank when it fills. Due to not having sewer line in the ward we are forced to get clean the septic tanks by hiring private sweepers who clean the septic tank manually as well as with the help of diesel engines. Cleaning of the septic tank manually is unfortunate for a modern society and can be prevented with the help and cooperation of Municipal Board and Government. Cleaning of the septic tank with the help of disel engine is also not a safe way because it results spillage of sewage in the streets leading to dispute among the people of the Kuber Bagiya. Drains remain unclean because no any sweeper from municipal board comes to clean them. There is no any proper place to discard the solid waste generated in the region too.
Since our request has not been taken into consideration yet.

I am the owner of a thels which works out of bhooth nath. Today employees of the Nagar Nigam came on the pretext of cleaning up the city's unimportant people, slapped and verbally abused my employees, handled the cash counter, withdrew the sum of Rs. 100/- and stole my gas cylinder and stove (I boldly say 'stole' since no receipt or chalan was provided).
This I would have considered fair if ALL the thelas present had been treated in the same fashion, however, that is not the case. Three thelas were not only spared this ordeal, they were also patronized by the very same nagar nigam employees.
Inspite of having lawyers and journalists in my immediate family, I have chosen to write this note first.
In complete frustration and dismay with our country's "officials" and "system", I have chosen to remove my thela from the said market ant not set it up again.
It is sad how heartless and selfish our country's "officials" are. And we point fingers at bin ladin and daud abrahim. It is sad. Truly sad.

Electricity board and municipalities poor road care — Pathetic Road condition

Dear Sir,
Iam a resident of Madipakkam, Rajarajeswari Nagar, Periyar Nagar 7th cross street. i Off late i read article on Hindu newspaper about the Pathetic condition of the roads in Main bus stand, But, Am not sure if they had a look at the artery roads. Its so bad that, Old people, Pregnant women, School childrens commuting daily are facing serious problem. The Panchyat department do not give any ear for our complaints. They do say tht its going to be a corporation soon and any further development shall happen . In periyar nagar 7th cross street of madipakkam, Electrical transmission cable is hanging pathetically and may fall of literally at any moment. The A.E of Electricity board is least bothered. Atleast they were sympathetic enough to cut down the tree tht was hampering. but still, The risk factor is growing day by day. I wish, someone hear this complaint as a voice of suffering people and do some improvement.

The conditions of the road (Gurgaon-Patoudi) and (Farukhnagar-Panchgaon) is very poor and it is from the last three years. It is really very difficult for us to travel. Inbetween around 5 Km the condition of the road is good but now that road also broken for some severage pipes inbetween and the blocks are open which is very danger for us.

The condition of Electricty is also very poor in our Village Jamalpur. The schedule of Light is very poor. we only have electricty for 10 hours in a day which is very less in these summer days.

This is to inform you that the road condition of Aashiana Colony Sector M road is so bad conditions “There has been no development of this road since 16 years.” The road is full of potholes, stones and mud. It is very difficult to even walk on that road. Things become worst in rainy season, whenever it rains there is water logging on the road. Due to the bad road conditions, the auto rickshaw drivers are also not ready to come there. The auto rickshaw drivers complaints that, the road is very bad & we will not drop you there. "It rained for just an hour, but the roads are flooded. We can't step out of our house because the entire road is waterlogged, ''

Moreover, during the Monsoon season, roads convert into swimming pools. There is a lot of water logging, however, no one seems to pay any heed to the situation. Through this medium, I would like to file a complaint against the competent authorities, who are not showing any interest in this area and the situation is getting bad to worst.

I, am a citizen of India, request you on behalf of all the residents of Sector M-814 Aashiana Colony Lucknow to please take some actions to repair the road. We are facing very much difficulty due to this bad road condition.

Drains remain unclean because no any sweeper from municipal board comes to clean them. There is no any proper place to discard the solid waste generated in the region too.

In this lane street 5 to 10 cows remain all the day, which causes garbage every time in my lane. So many times I have made complaint on fone to Dr.Rao of Nagar Nigam, but no result so far. It may be noted, that maximum cows are of Mr.Pradeep Pandit, who is doing dairy business nearby. On objection every time he ready to quarrel. Now it has become very difficult to live peacefully in our house. you are therefore requested to lodge my complaint to remove these cows from residential area. If any body wants to continue his dairy, he should keep these cows in his own surrounding.

Hi,
I am a resident of Aliganj Sector-C, House No. CP-4, Lucknow. Adjacent to my house i.e. CP-5, Sector-C, Aliganj, the owner has rented the house to a Statue Maker- Sanjay Batra.
It is a residential area but that person has started a statue making industry - Batra Creations over there. Its been 7 years now that he has been doing this work and polluting the environment by lot of dust as well as noise pollution by use of machines all the day round. His work is not limited inside the house but he has also captured the road in front of the house to make statues(this is possible because our house is near railway track and the road is not used by daily commuters). We also suspect that he steal electricity by use of illegal wires directly from the pole and also tamper the electricity meter. Because of his all the residents in the nearby houses feel annoyed and the pollution is impacting their health adversely. We have reached the owner of this house regarding this problem but he seems not interested to take any action because he's getting good sum of money as rent from this person.
Please help us in this matter and take necessary actions as soon as poosible.

No sweeper has been deployed to clean the lane and drain of the sector and as such the drain is stinking and lane are full of garbage and cracker residue is also lying.
Sir, we all pay our tax of Nagar Nigam but regular cleaning facility is not provided.

repairing of road/street light — Repairing of external/internal Road of Sector- 5, Jankipuram Vistar

With due regards it is to inform that

(1) the external/internal road of Sector- 5, Jankipuram Vistar has several big pot holes and are still to be repaired.whereas roads of other sectors of Jankipuram Vistar has already been repaired.
I am unable to understand this step motherly attitude towards Sector -5 of Jankipuram Vistar.

(2) Further a few electric poles of Sector- 5, Jankipuram Vistar have street lights. It is requested that Street lights should be installed on all the poles.

I want to state that about Rahim nagar Dudauli and Sitapur road sampark marg their are maintinace work started but i do, nt konw what standered they are following.Their use old briks which evacuate from the road, work progress is so slow because of first dig the road recoverd the brick and then use that bricks. Encrochment on the road asusual. Inbetween and just entry of the rice mill and Dal mill condition is very bad and load on the road is very heavy.
so please just check is the standered and quality of their materials

Construction / maintinace of road in sectar-21, from Van Nigam Office to Kukral forest (central road in front of house no-151 to 158 up to van nigam office) not started till to day . Iwant to know what is section for repair or not. Road repaired on 07/01/2009 from Shewood school corner to Central road of sector-21 in front of house no.167, 168 and so on, quality of work is very poor . Road repaired in night of 7/01 & 8/01 in cold and kohra wather with applying a little quantity of tack coat was not as per norms.
so please just check is the standered and quality of their materials

Sharada Nagar Residents — Low Drinking Water Pressure

We, the undersigned would like to bring to your kind notice that your staff Sri. Bala Krishna, Lineman and Sri. Sugunakar Reddy, Work Inspector, had played a foul play by favoring certain area by giving water at high pressure and giving us water at low pressure for last two years and made us suffer a lot. In this connection we submitted a letter to the manager Sri. Eeshwaraiah on 14-03-09, requesting him to inspect the water lines and find out the reasons for low water pressure. On that day Sri. Bala Krishna, Lineman explained to the manager that the water pipes are blocked and told him that the solution is to remove the old water pipe lines and lay new ones.

Subsequently, on 18-03-09 Sri. Eeshwaraiah, Manager along with Sri. Bala Krishna, Lineman, Sri. Sugunakar Reddy, Work Inspector and other staff inspected each and every house and found that some section of houses are getting high water pressure while we are getting low water pressure. After the inspection we are surprised to see that there is equal water pressure to all the lines without the laying of new pipe lines as said by Sri. Bala Krishna, Lineman. It came to know that Sri. Bala Krishna and Sri. Sugunakar Reddy are intentionally supplying high pressure of water to certain lines of their favorite persons.

Therefore we kindly request you sir, to take action against Sri. Bala Krishna, Lineman and Sri. Sugunakar Reddy, Work Inspector, who made us suffer a lot for the last two years, so that we may not suffer further.

I am the resident of A-532/144, Choudhry Tola, Aliganj, Lucknow. The condition of the road in this locality is pathetic. There is water logging whenever there is slightest of rain. The nullah running across this locality is full of silt and garbage. The water is logged in this nullah and sometime water overflows from nullah on to the road. Usually at the time of Bada Mangal, there was usual practice of cleaning this nullah each year. But this time it has been a total neglection. There is lot of road cutting which has worsened the situation. Around 5 to 6 year back the sewer pipes were installed in this locality, but till now they have not been made functional. The interlocking tiles on the sub roads are broken and misplaced. Due to constant use, some of the tiles have become uneven. Please help and look into the matter at the earliest. This is not only for sector 5, you must try to visit Jankipuram Extn. Sector 6, behind Delhi Public School.
Its hell out there. Roads are hard to find. RCC blocks over whatever drains are broken and 4 wheelers cannot pass easily. No street lights are there, Sewer is overflowing and has almost covered every possible empty plot in the locality. We were forced to pay 25000 rupees to jr. engineer for cleaning the sewer system in March and again it was deliberately choked this month just to extort money from the people. On 14th August Jr. Engineer again asked for money to clean it up. Pump was installed for cleaning but when the amount was paid he didn't agree to accept less than 10000 rupees and again choked it. Swine flu, malaria, jaundice and n number of diseases are spreading but nobody bothers. The employees and Nagar Nigam is least bothered for residents of Jankipuram Extn Sector 6 in particular. I hope somebody, someday would read this and take some action.

We are the inhabitant of West rohtash nagar, shahi mohalla, gurudwara road, had complained for stinking water supply and the complaint was attended and work is done at our area. But due to repair work of the pipelline the whole street had been dig out and since then the road is not repaired. the matter is pending for the last 3/4 months. We have already complained to MCD but they are saying it will be repaired by DJB. On this road there is much traffic on that road...which makes hell for the students and children who attend coachings like mahindra, careeer launcher etc.The poor students are in a big tension due to tests and continous pressure of studies on them...i agree they should know how to follow the traffic rules...but the cars...n transport driver dont seem to understand this...and consequently there can be serious accidents while these students cross the road...I can understand it very well because i myself goes to a tusion daily out there...
Therefore i wud like to request you to start the construction of speed breakers or take measures to decrease the speed of the ongoing transport..

i have a similar complaint.
the sewage disposal sustem in ELDECO, udyan-I is faulty as no suitable outlet is provided. pumping is resorted as per whims and fancy of some one.
as a result, back flow occurs in th. e houses.
no one appears to take the responsibility of correcting existind system and rectify though fresh digging of the roads has been done without any provision of connecting existing lines.
let us wait for disaster to wake up concerned people so that blame game can be started.

QUALITY OF WORK EXECUTED BY NAGAR NIGAM, ZONE III, LUCKNOW

We the resident of Mahanagar Extension, H – PARK, want to highlight the poor / substandard quality of work executed by NAGAR NIGAM ZONE III, LUCKNOW. The issue pertains to the 12 feet long slab over the rain water drain which was damaged about year back on the east side of H – PARK. Several complains were lodged with the NN but no action was initiated. At last, on 12/07/2010 the issue was brought to the notice of Shri P S Bhadoria Upper Nagar Aayukt, Nagar Nigam, Lucknow who directed the staff of Zone II for necessary action. Subsequently the work was initiated in the month of July when 4 concrete slabs 0f 3 x 3 x0.5 feet were casted and were finally laid on 20 th September, 2010. However, the same did not even lasted for a week, when 2 slabs crumbled due to the pressure of vehicles passing over them ( photo attached). Here we wish to highlight that the mixture used was of 1 : 6 ratio ( cement : sand) and the iron bars used were rusted and of 6 mm size.
May we again, request Shri P S Bhadoria to look into the matter and take necessary action in this regard.

The filth in the Nala running in middle of road passing through Trinca Hoel and Neel Kanth Sweets was taken out and placed on road all along about two week back.
Since then, the filth is on road. It is continuously getting rotten and foul smelling facing rain and sunshine since all these days.
Crows, Dogs, Cows continuously litter it on the road . Every plea, phones, sms to nagar nigam staff have failed to move them .
Do we need a dharna or satyagraha or violent recourse like farmers to get even these simple grievances redressed.

This is to inform you that the road condition of Aashiana Colony Sector M road is so bad conditions “There has been no development of this road since 16 years.” The road is full of potholes, stones and mud. It is very difficult to even walk on that road. Things become worst in rainy season, whenever it rains there is water logging on the road. Due to the bad road conditions, the auto rickshaw drivers are also not ready to come there. The auto rickshaw drivers complaints that, the road is very bad & we will not drop you there. "It rained for just an hour, but the roads are flooded. We can't step out of our house because the entire road is waterlogged, ''

Moreover, during the Monsoon season, roads convert into swimming pools. There is a lot of water logging, however, no one seems to pay any heed to the situation. Through this medium, I would like to file a complaint against the competent authorities, who are not showing any interest in this area and the situation is getting bad to worst.

I, am a citizen of India, request you on behalf of all the residents of Sector M Aashiana Colony to please take some actions to repair the road. We are facing very much difficulty due to this bad road condition.

I am a student of class VI I had a complaint regarding the poles of tube light of my lane in sector-9/440 Indira Nagar Lucknow our lane street lights are not working since from six months or more than that & as it became till 06:30 PM there is all around darkness and than no one has came to repair our lane poles tube light as it is festival week me and my friends have decided to celebrate the Dusherra so, Sir i"m requesting you to send a repairer to repair the poles tube light So, please Sir.

And I hope that our lane poles tube light must be installed till 4TH OCTOBER SIR PLEASE this is the request of a child.PLEASE SIR.

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Halwasiya Utsav Enclave opposite HAL on the Faizabad Road. I commute between HAL and Lucknow University every day. I am pained to bring to your notice that the stretch of road between HAL and nishatgung has become a dumping ground of household waste with cows, pigs loitering around and the waste emitting foulest of smell, so bad that it is difficult to breathe while passing. Further the location og the dumping is very close to highly populated areas making it a potential danger of infection related deseases. May I request to travel on this route and see for yourself the mess that the people are exposed to. It is requested to take necessary action to shift these dumping areas to less populated areas and arrange for bins so that the filth is not scattered on the road. further these need to be treated to prevent pollution.

I request u to take urgent corrective action to avoid a PIL on the subject.

This is another complaint about bad road condition at Kandivali east Akruli road to lokandhwala complete area. I would request to forwarded this complaint to person who can act on this. Because condition are so bad that you even can't walk on those road. Please do the needful at the earlier.

We, the residents of Ganney Wali Gali, Near Kasai Bara Chauraha, Aminabad, Lucknow are requesting your goodself with due regards to kindly make necessary arrangement to make the area for better living. Since last many years, the drainage system of the area has become bad to worst. All the drain water & garbage / silt is spreading over the road due to choking of drainage system. We are being compelled to live in such an acute un-healthy condition. The condition of the area is day-by-day becoming more serious as road condition is also becoming worst because of drain water. In rainy season, we pray to GOD for not raining as the area become like garbagebin because of garbage & silt spreading on the road. Local Nagar Nigam officials has been many times approached in this regard but the situation is still drastically bad. We, the residents of Ganney Wali Gali, Near Kasai Bara Chauraha, Aminabad, Lucknow are once again begging you to kindly pay your attention towards upkeeping of the area.

With due regard I am very sorry to say that since last two n half years we are suffering on the name of developments regarding sever line diggings and water head construction in our UNITY CITY Bahadurpur area in SHANKER PURWA WARD NO 2.Although we are also thanking the authorities concerned for taking up these development activities, but sir, because of the ill mannered planning and not taking due interest in the quality of work, the significant numbers of newly constructed sever whole/chamber pipe line --- have been badly dammaged even very earlier to their performance. How so ever this thing is part of the work and it happens quiet offenly . Sir the main problem / complaint, which we want to request you that the roads have still not been made even motorable so for even after the three months of sever chambers construction.
Please take the matter to your kind view, so that we could not face the severe trouble of communication because of road becoming converted in to miniwater tank as we are facing since last two rainingseasions.

side road to erragadda fly over condition is very bad from long time. No body attending. AP TRANSCO work in progress board is there but no work. It is very inconvient to all road users. It is very much main city but no body taking care.

Lucknow Nagar Nigam — sewer and street light complaint

i submit my complaint in written at last month jal sanstan south city for cleaning of sewer but no anyone come for cleaning the sewer till date and i also contact on mobile phone with area supervisor but he is not coming at my area.

Dear Sir,

This road in Aminabad ( commonly called as Joote wali gali ) has not been constructed from PAST 6+ years. It is a commercial and semi residential place.

It is in worst state now as anyone ( especially old people ) cannot walk properly. Everyday some two-wheelers skits on this road and people get injured. Due to the broken road it is very very difficult to walk or drive. Although we have reached MLAs but in vain.

I duly request you to please take necessary actions at the earliest to repair this road.
