Dear sir
Today i have deposited online my house tax rs 3676/- with my house id no 9157b04850 house no 495a/055 zone 3 ward name daliganj nirala nagar. But i have not received sms or email regarding the recept. I logged in to check, but still it is showing same outstanding. I used my indian overseas net banking payment method and my account has been debited with same amount.
I request the authorities to resolve the matter immediately.

There is no response to my complaint. At least you say something, so that I may know that somebody is sitting on the other side also.
If I do not hear anything again from Nagar Nigam, I will presume that I should knock the door at some other place for redressal.
