Lufthansa — Airline cancelled ticket amount not refunded

Booking code : K4QJDN booked from Barcelona to Delhi on 21-Dec 2021 was cancelled by Lufthansa and I was given option to either book for alternative date or seek refund. I opted for refund as Lufthansa could not offer me booking for the my choice of travel date. I spoke to Lufthansa customer care several times to check status of my refund but they continue to say they do not have any information and that I should write to refunds section and only they will be able to share the update. I have written several emails to the refunds team on email id given to me my the customer care but in vain. There is no response nor has the refund amount been credited back to my original mode of payment. Its been a month now. Surprisingly, there is no calling no. of the refunds team that a customer can call on. I am cheated of my hard earned money.
