We had booked for our journey from Chennai to Toronto on 16th December and it was auto rescheduled to 17th Dec and we had opted to cancel the same and get refunds. From Oct 2nd we are waiting for a refund and we are yet to receive the same .
We want the refund as soon as possible

    Ticket refund not received

    Myself writing this complain on behalf of my sister ms. Dipannita ghosh. She had a booking with lufthansa airlines under pnr : snscob but just few days before the date of journey, lufthansa informed that one of the flights from delhi to munich has been cancelled due operational reasons. Thus i had to cancel the whole ticket. On 8th april 2020 i had cancelled the ticket over phone through lufthansa customer care executive who categorically...

      Respected sir/madam,

      I, kevin thomas philip, have concern regarding my booking made on 6th march, 2020 with lufthansa airline (Booking code: mk58ov). My booking was made on round trip :

      Bengaluru - munich, munich - amsterdam for 10th may 2020 and

      Amsterdam - munich, munich - bengaluru for 12th june 2020.

      I paid total of rs. 55, 085 for my booking.

      Due to worldwide pandemic, my flights were cancelled by the airlines. Through their website, i cannot access my booking account and it gives contact number not in use. As general information in their website, they provide option to rebook only. I do not want to rebook as my agency in netherlands rejected my reserved seat for studies. I want refund for my booking.
      My ticket is non - refundable when i myself cancel the ticket. But here, airline cancelled the ticket without my permission and i am worthy to get a refund.

      Please provide me with satisfactory solution for the same. Your kind concern in this matter will be highly appreciated. I enclose my ticket for your reference.

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I checked in 2 baggages from Philadelphia International Airport for flight dates LH427/07Mar/LH760/08Mar which was routing PHL/FRA/DEL. It reached Delhi International Airport on 09-Mar-2020.

          Small trolly baggage i foound broken on the Airport and Lufthansa team has settled the claim on the same day as well. I appreciate the same.

          However, the bigger bag was looking fine from top and when i reached home, i found that one of the wheel was also broken for the bigger bag. It was completely mis-handling of the bags from PHA/FRA/DEL.

          I am attaching the pictures of the bigger checked-in bag for your reference and action. Just to mention that this bag is 2 yrs old for approx. 7000 INR for VIP.

          Kindly help to resolve this issue at the earliest.

            Very disappointed with lufthansa service. Travelled on 13th dec in austin to frankfurt and frankfurth to chennai flights.
            I called the airways around 10 days earlier and place a special request for vegan and gluten free meals. When i called to check if the meal was confirmed
            They told me it was confirmed. When i got into the plane, they combined few dishes from the vegan meal and few from gluten free and said it is your meal.
            They had egg in the cake and said this is what u asked for (When isaid vegan food!!). They had no snacks to give me as well. I was almost empty stomach for like 20 to 22 hours.
            I dont say they have to cater to every request, but they should not give wrong confirmation if they are not going to give the right food. I could have brought my own food.
            I am going to try placing only a vegan meal and check if they give products which contain egg still

              I karanjeet singh dhami book my ticket from delhi - munich - delhi @ rs 49, 455/-,
              But i pay rs 7794/- at delhi airport for my check-in bag. I pay rs 49, 455/- for 7kg hand bag only and they told me when you will back u have to pay this amount again.

              Than why we book lafhtansha airlines only for handbags.

                I was travelling from glasgow to frankfurt. I have to take connecting flight from there to india.

                I have reached on time. I was standing on lane with other passengers. Air india by luftanca crew mis behaved with me. Told that i can’t go on plane. He let the other passengers to go on the plane.

                It was very crazy. I have spended 12 hour on airport. Then got a different flight.

                I will never travel again from lufthansa again.

                  This is with regards to my flight from bombay- barcelona and madrid- mumbai from 10th to 26th September.

                  I have had a major uterus surgery just ten days back and the doctor has clearly advised against travel for the next 2-3 months. Our tickets were booked earlier and we were sure of going but this urgency came up and we had to cancel everything and undergo the surgery. I had made bookings for the entire 15 day trip of which many were non refundable, including ryan air flights (who have a no cancellation policy), car jet booking (again non refundable), and a few non cancellable hotel bookings. Once we got to know of the surgery, we immediately wrote to each one of them asking for a medical waiver since the doctor clearly mentioned i wont be able to travel. All the agencies and hotels and airlines refunded the entire amount which was non refundable without even asking for discharge summary, except you- Lufthansa- apparently one of the largest and most renowned airline in the world.

                  I have been trying to get in touch with the sales team of lufthansa and makemytrip has also tried speaking to them (as per the information given to us) but each time i got a reply saying we wont refund a single penny.

                  Lufthansa has left us no choice but to file a suit against them for their inhuman policies, constant harrasment of customers, trouble to the patient who recently had a surgery, and a white collared fraud. We will be posting all your replies and inhuman approach to this situation on all the social media platforms while my lawyer works on the harassment suit. I promise to never fly lufthansa again and soon this shall become a trending hashtag on twitter and instagram! so all the best and thanks for this constant harassment! you are one of the worst airlines anyone can ever choose!

                    This was worst experience of my life., with lufthansa airline. On sunday 23 rd june 2019, i reached vancouver airport at 11.00 am thinking that finish all boarding formality and relax in lounge. As i went on desk the lady said that she did not have any details of my tickets and she asked me to get the transfer from air canada. As i rushed to air canada window they said that they have already transferred the deatails to lufthansa air.
                    After so much discussion a gentleman issued me the hard copy of the details. It took me almost hour an half finish all this. I went back to lufthansa with all the details. Now the same lady came up with new issue, she told me that i can only have one check in baggage per person. Whereas my ticket clearly indicated 2 bags per person. And i did travel with 2 bags each when i came to canada. But she refused to listen and she asked me to pay cad 320. Again i had to rush to get the money exchanged, as i come up on the counter to pay the amount another lady asked me for cad 330 and she was not ready to cooperate at all as i was getting late to board. Again i had to rush to get additional cad 10, i went to the counter and paid the amount cad 330, as i was still there, now she asked me i will have to pay cad 191 instead of 330 and i will be getting the refund of the difference on the departing gate d 55.
                    I ad fellow customer with the same problem traveling with me in the same tour program. And his all 4 bags were checked in for free, where as i had 3 bags between 2 o[censored]s, she charged me overweight. I would request to look in to the matter as i had to go through so much hassle.

                      Dear team
                      I was travelling from bom mco and jfk bom with lufthansa airlines on pnr number se9m9b and ticket number 016-[protected].
                      I had confirm meal as vgml for my all the flights however the flight attendant said that there was no meal confirmed and for the entire flight i had to keep munching breads. I have paid for lufthansa business class and there was this ill treatment for the same. I have been asked to be in line for my last flight jfk bom even though i opted for business class for smooth travel and it was all wate of my money.
                      I am attaching a screen shot for confirmation of meal showing in my pnr on line no 20, 21 and 22 instead of which i was not offered my selected meal. Kindly look in to the concern and help me with the best solution.

                        Greetings!

                        This is 3rd Time, I am trying to reach you "Lufthansa", for taking the appropriate action on the below mentioned matter.

                        It is sad story of my very first Journey to the Netherlands (Amsterdam) to Join my new organization there. I along with my family (includes my wife and my 6 years old son) took “Lufthansa flight” (Details are :13-May-2019, Flight Details: FRAAMS LH 988, Refer Attached Email) from Frankfurt to Amsterdam to join my new organization in Rotterdam.

                        But, I got few jolts when first, my flight got delayed by more than 1.5 hour has created a huge loss to me as my new employer has not allowed me to join on the same day and it was a loss of one full day payment for me while on the other hand, there has been many damages to my checked-in luggage - which were having a sticker of “Fragile-Tag” on it when it was released while the same tag was found torn/missing on all of my six luggage at Amsterdam Airport and because of this my stuff inside got damaged.

                        These developments have caused me not only an indirect financial loss due to damage to my stuff-insider the checked-in baggage-but also a direct financial loss of one full day salary-payment and mental harassment for whole family.

                        Hereby I do want to make a claim an amount of at least EURO 3550/- at least which includes loss of my one-day payment, extreme mental and physical torture to me and my family and damages to my stuff.

                        Therefore, I do request you to please approve the compensation for the same.

                            Attached herewith is the ticket booked online and we had reached bangalore safe. During our return we both were denied boarding the flight lh755 from bangalore to frankfurt due to schengen visa not stamped, but my final destination is newark (Ewr) and we were just transiting via munich for a connecting flight. We were forced to rebook the tickets with a price difference of inr 51200.00 per person or portray ourselves as “no show” the customer care at the boarding center were not ready to do the cancellation from their end. Why should i be rebooking the tickets when i am holding confirmed booking status tickets for all the sectors.

                            The lh customer support at the kempegowda international airport-bangalore were unprofessional to the core and by no means trying to help us in any way. The staff particularly ms. Sunitha, ms. Sandra and mr. Bhadury from the check-in counter and the ticketing counter ms. Blessy and ms. Sunitha did not handle the situation appropriately. By the time i could walk from the boarding counter to the ticketing counter they call each other in front of my wife and were saying on the phone “do not talk much and just rebook them” we went to the counter at 11:30pm and they made us to stand for nearly 2:30 hours until 2:30am without giving us any explanation. None of the customer care numbers or toll free numbers are working.

                            We demand an explanation for putting us through so much of mental agony and compensate for the time, money and the pain it took us through this ordeal at the airport. I have been travelling for years and never have been through such a situation ever. Please help us with the refund of the ticket amount.

                              Hello you have one of your cabin crew is rude black mailing sexual he is a someone who wants to use others sexually and pay them money and he is planing to take couple of days off from his job to go to another country to go and do his sexual activities with someone who just told me his story he is really unbelievable with his previous job he did the same thing and was very rude on the flight with the passengers using his phone on the plane from the toilet, I have done my investigation about him this guy needs to be fired he got hired with your airline few months ago Spanish guy based in Berlin and I have his full name ! Waiting you to get back to me

                                Last Thursday my mom travel through ur airline firstly she did not receive the luggage at Delhi airport. Know we receive the luggage approx 500-600 Dollar cost thing are missing like jean of michel kors earing 7 set and 8 set of revolune lipstick. I want recovery as soon as possible.

                                    I called your customer service and never in my life faced such a unprofessional behavior. Mr bruce was on line and very rude and straight away said cannot help.
                                    My refund is pending for almost a month now and no one is responding. I booked 3 tickets for paris and had to cancel 1, i was initially told it takes 7 days and later on 20-25 days, however it is 26 days now but not received anything nor any information from luftansa
                                    My bag with very important things was lost in the flight between ireland and germany.i have filed a complaint but no response or status from lufthansa even after a month

                                      My flight lh051 from hannover to frankfurt was cancelled i was given a ground transportation voucher i have change 4 trains with all my luggage in hand and when i reached frankfurt my boarding was closed and i had wait in que for over 3.5hrs for re booking which was not fare as new person in germany without knowing the language it was suffering.
