Hi,
I was travelling on Tuesday (06th June 2023) from London-Munich-Mumbai using Lufthansa LH 2483 & Lufthansa LH 766
My baggage is completely damaged due to mishandling
I raised complaint with Lufthansa staff on airport, they did fill form and said i will get call within 24 hours, but nothing
I am trying to reaching customer care but no luck.
Excecutives are always busy and i cannot connect them
Need way forward
