Lufthansa — Baggage lost

I traveled on EK569/EK927 (HAHCVW) to Cairo and LH587/LH494 (698XBX) to Toronto. At the airport the airline staff was requested to checkin 2 bags to Cairo, but they insisted the bags be connected to YYZ, stating airline code share agreement. At arrival in Toronto the bags were said delayed and were going to be sent to the address of relative. After 2 days Missing bags file was created and bag content forms were filed. On follow up calls with both airlines and after receiving a lot of inconsistent information being given I visited the Toronto airport LH baggage team (12/5/2022), after 48 hours they called us back to say the bags are not at Toronto or Munich (transit station) and we should check with Emirates. On my return I visited the Emirates baggage dept on 15/5/2022 and I was told they cannot access the file and only Lufthansa can reach out to them regarding the same.
I am unable to get any concrete answers from either airlines. It's 19 days I'm yet to receive one phone call from them. Please assist

On July 11 Lufthansa emailed saying bags not found, no reimbursement, no email. Feedback to Lufthansa, FB ID 35700509. PLEASE HELP I've complained on air seva, no help from airline.
