Lybrate — Payment not refunded

Helli, this is Reena. On 11th March 2024, I wanted to consult a gynaecologist online so thought of doing it through lybrate. I chose a doctor and made payment via gpay but I got the message that payment has failed, so I again did the transaction and this time it was successful.

But I saw that Rs 297/- has been debited twice from my account.It was credited in lybrate wallet (Rs. 297/-and the second payment of Rs 297/- was credited for availing gynaec service . Their gynaec didn't respond till evng and since I had stomache I consulted other doctor on practo.

Since then I have messaged them, emailed and tried calling on their customer care no. but absolutely no response from their side. I, requested the gynaec to cancel my consultation but she also didn't respond.

So, I request you to kindly take action against them so that they give me my refund of Rs.594/-
