Hello sir
I have deposited amount rs 1200 on lycrate account wallet on 26 Feb 2025.
I also paid consultancy fees rs 400 from that to one doctor.
Tha app is unresponsive and now not available on playstore too. so pls help me to get my refund.

On 10/04/2024 i installed lybrate app and tried for online consultation with dermatologist doctor. My payment of 500 was deducted in my account and there was payment successful for ahead initiation for consultation with doctor.its been 9 days, neither the doctor responded nor the team lybrate is responding to my mails msgs and calls all were unanswered or not available service. I also tried support team there on lybrate app but as usually there also i didn't got any respond. Its horrible i want my money back in my original account. This is a scam they are playing with ur money, trust and not even responding .Unexpected and dissatisfing from lybrate.!!
Plz help me in getting my rs500 refund back in original payment account

Helli, this is Reena. On 11th March 2024, I wanted to consult a gynaecologist online so thought of doing it through lybrate. I chose a doctor and made payment via gpay but I got the message that payment has failed, so I again did the transaction and this time it was successful.

But I saw that Rs 297/- has been debited twice from my account.It was credited in lybrate wallet (Rs. 297/-and the second payment of Rs 297/- was credited for availing gynaec service . Their gynaec didn't respond till evng and since I had stomache I consulted other doctor on practo.

Since then I have messaged them, emailed and tried calling on their customer care no. but absolutely no response from their side. I, requested the gynaec to cancel my consultation but she also didn't respond.

So, I request you to kindly take action against them so that they give me my refund of Rs.594/-

I want to return the order and get full refund as it was mentioned in the AD that this medicine can be used for gallstones however its not mentioned on medicine when I reached the manufacturer he also mentioned that its not for gallstones and ask for refund

hence refund the amount as its wrong to see wrong medicine and play with individuals health

I paid for a consultation, but the doctor told me to seek a refund as it is not his scope

This is Anu. I have paid 440rs. for an online consultant. First you said that doctor will reply in 6 hours. When doctor replied he did not even continued replying. I got a call form one of a executive of Lybrate and he was promoting his products and he promoted one of his product named one life whey protein and informed me to take the membership of lybrate for 1200 and i may be able to purchase the product in discounted rates. i did post which i was guided by MR jayapaul from lybrate to purchase the product from the app and found that the rate mentioned in the APP is different that the amount debited from my lybrate account. i was actually informed the price of the product as 500 but the amount was debited of RS 2000. i called lybrate customer care to launch a complaint but the customer care executive named shanawaz refused to take complaint against their company. i was literally cheated by Lybrate. post sending many mails to lybrate one find day i got a call and the guy who called me accepted his mistake and started apologizing to me and took a guy named Prashanth Mishra i again explained the whole thing to him and i was committed that what ever was informed to me at the time of purchasing the product will be done and the will even pay me an compensation on this for which I even have a mail sent to me by lybrate. the very next day again they refused to keep their promises given to me and i was again cheated by lybrate. i have almost all the calls recorded by me and when i informed to them that i have call recording i was been asked the cll recordings in which i am no t interested. now i have decided to file a complaint against lybrate for cheating me causing me mental and psychological trauma in the consumer forum and will demand for an compensation. need support from the consumer forum to bring their fraud in the light.. i will share all the recordings if required

I was suffering with a digestive illness so on 28th Nov I activated my account to lybrate no doctor responded for 3 days so asked for refund and they said yes but now since 24 days no refund made just false promises

I booked an appointment for visit at Dr Meenakshi Soni clinic at 15A/6 WEA Karolbagh New Delhi 110005 as shown at lybrate site. When I reached at the address, I found no clinic there. Firstly the address was wrong. Secondary, I got no call regarding appointment, only message was there that you have an appointment with this at this time. When I didn't find doctor at the address, I tried to call doctor and when i called, it said the dialled number is not correct. It could not get connected me to the doctor. And the number mentioned in message sent to me was also wrong, it wasn't exist. What kind of service is this? I wasted my time and I got frustrated. I had no option other than returning back home. I could not get treatment, what I had gone for. Why you people upload wrong details?
Just to make public frustrated. I will never recommend anyone to use this apl to find a doctor. Very much frustrated today.

This is a stupid cheating app. the consultation fees was mentioned as 200 ruppees and i paid it. then the doctor on chat said it's 400 and now he wont reply. i need my refund back.

This is convey the big fraud.. Mr ujjwal kohli of lybrate company.
As i was knowing him when i was associated with forest gold ayurveda in mumbai.
He was the lybrate representative.

I met him on 23 rd nov 2019.
He told me about 6 months paid plan of 13000 rs which he told me that i can pay in cash.
He gave me receipt of lybrate.
Now after 1 month neither my plan has not activated nor he is not receiving my call.

When i contacted lybrate head office in delhi, they are telling me that he is no more

My lybrate package was to be delivered today by addelhvry. But the courier man did not call me and did not respond to my call. The package reached my place guwahati. But i am not getting it and the courier company nir the courier officer did not call me even once. If i did not get the packet by tomorrow i will not order any items from lybrate in future. Date - today 4 th december 2019

I payed ₹110 to lybrate for consultation for a doctor... The fee was ₹100 along ₹10 internet handling fees.. I payed ₹110 via paytm wallet.. The amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but the lybrate app is still saying to pay money.. I have the screenshots too... Please look into my matter and help me get back my refund.. I have all the necessary proofs.

M a hussain on 23/07/2019 but lybrate was unable to contact dr hussain neither online nor telephonically, so they rescheduled my appointment to another dr shaurya rohatgi as they said dr hussain was unavailable. Further to add to the misery, during the scheduled appointment with dr shaurya i was unable to make an audio call with the application, so i only had an option to chat with the doctor.
Also, dr shaurya which was not my choice only answered my queries for only 2 minutes from 9.08 pm to 9.11 pm after which he stopped responding to my queries and my entire problem was unresolved.

So, i hereby request lybrate to refund my entire amount of rs 450 which i had paid to lybrate for dr hussain consultation which they were unable to fulfill also the replaced dr didnt answered my queries.

I have attached screenshot of my chat with the dr to verify that the dr didnt respond as expected

Also, lybrate called me and told that they would refund me the money but they only refunded rs 110 out of rs 450 that i paid.

For such unprofessional service why should i be charged rs 340.

I have made a payment of 300 to a doctor from Lybrate online after that I will be able to do a message to a doctor, but problem is that no one is there for reply and I tried many times to complaint on Need Help at Lybrate but no one replied my query.
This is seriously a bad service of Lybrate. I just want to alert you all of you dont try to consult a doctor through Lybrate bcs they dont have any customer care and by following your subscription will be expire after 7 days And you will not able to do anything. I lost my 300 rupee but want to alert you that this is fake app and their customer care no is not available.
This is a business they make money like that.

Lybrate is looting customers by online consultation medium. I have paid 400 Rs for online consultation to a dermatologist and have explained her my problem. Now she replied to me in first go that I had fungal infection on my skin but after that she did not bother to reply back to me for another 20 hrs. I had to call their customer care team, which told me doctor was busy in OPD. She then replied to me instantly in next 15 min after complaint and gave me 2 lotions. On asking prescription she said it is not required for lotion and for tablets visit personally to derma.

After paying entire amount and complaining multiple times, lybrate team is just saying that as per protocol doctors gives first reply in 6 hrs and next in 24 hrs even if they know what is the problem with patient. After paying entire amount patients have to beg for reply from doctors and both lybrate team and doctor try to imply that patients are fools.

Seeing all this I had to personally visit other derma who actually did not go ahead with prescribed lotion and gave me entire new treatment. So I had to pay twice now for some ailment.

Only to hear(get info) that you need to visit to derma they charge complete fees and later said we are not going to refund your money.

It's been 2 months. I am not getting enquiries no appointments, services not updated inspire of repeated request. Redundant and inertia at teams response. Team don't contact only play round n round. It's cheating and fraud. Made tall claims. Unable to deliver. I have written many mails and tried umpteen calls but team don't bother to reply. I requested refund of money if incompetent and do not want to provide services. I got few fake unverified enquiries. All appointments void. It appears ponzi scheme. I am duped of rs 60k.

Hi my name is pavitra, i bought mom care kit worth of 49 rupee on 7-2-2019 and received it yesterday morning 9-2-2019 but still didn't receive my paytm cashback as per lybrate promise i need to receive 20 rupee cashback in my paytm and 25 rupee cashback in lybrate account i received 25 rupee in my lybrate account but didn't receive 20 rupee in paytm, kindly take a look of this and help me out to take cashback my paytm no is [protected] and my order id is 9b1-54e4b5290402

I have ordered a mini dettol kit before a month. But my order was cancelled by the concerned authorities of lybrate. Moreover they messaged me that rs 50 will be refunded into your lybrate account. But neither my order have been delivered nor my money have been refunded. It is big fraud. I request all people not to buy any thing from these people moreover never go for online transactions with their items. These people are sophisticated theives.

Ordered lybrate dettol kit and made the payment through phonepe on december 28th, 2018 and have not received the kit yet. Today its january 9th, 2019. Also there is not tracking details or contact where we can check the order status. This looks like a fraud from a reputed brand like dettol. On top of this, i am getting advertising sms with lots of offers to book my health kit immediately to avail discounts and offers. My question to lybrate is where is the first kit that i booked? First give me an answer to that or return back my money instead of spamming my inbox with text messages with repetitive sms

My name is jimee sharma, I had booked appointment of Dr meet a Desai on lybrate, Dr meet a Desai sent me a message along with the name of prescribed product, but I am not able to see last message of Dr because the closed the conversation, I tried calling customer care number of lybrate but that number is not reachable.

Hi i have ordered detol mom kit on dated 19 sep received message at night 9pm that product delivered i call customer care next day send email contact person me subhojit dutta, mr damam and mr joy.. Telling them that the product delivered wrong place but till date no helped every day i call them they cleary said will resolved the issue but again no response even their and when i shouting on them then executive told me (Mam pl disconnect the call i will not help you) mr dutta he is just useless person... Today date 7 oct 2018 still problem is same as i given that proof as well that product delivered delhi daryaganj and my address barakhamba road.. I don't know why it will takes time at least deliver my product or amount...

Around 3 months back, i have given order for dettol mommy and kids item and paid rs 39 online. Till now i did not get the product. But in their site it is showing that the product has been delivered
I called customer care executive. They have taken the complain also. Once in between one call came and the lady assured that the cash will be refunded. But till now i did not get my mobey back.

List of doctors service is not correct we have mailed and called the lybrate customer care many times, but no action is taken. The list needs to be removed this was not created by the concerned person.
Need help to stop false creation of doctors listing in lybrate,
Lybrate is missing using internet.

When it will be delivered.

Delivery date is mentioned that 19th aug but still i have not got any update from lybrate.com on my order. I have kept reminding lybrate team time and again about the delivery but everytime they are coming up with various excuses.
