On being asked to provide occupancy certificate, yet to be obtained from local Govt authorities, the company has no reply to offer nor any occupancy/completion certificate produced which are necessary and basic safety guarantee for the allottees to move-in and occupy the flats.
A SUO-MOTO cognizance be taken by BHIDA or any other local Govt. agency to do the needful or the company concerned be taken to task for playing with the lives and safety of the existing occupants of the flats.
