Maccaron — Product Not Delivered Since 4 months, No Refund or Cancellation Option

Address:8th Floor Tower C, DLF Phase 2, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122010
Website:maccaron.in/en

I placed my order on 9th June 2023. Its been 4 months today. I spoke with some other dissatisfied customers and went to their community and everyone feels scammed/harassed/cheated. Here are the list of complaints-

1. No prior notice/warning was given by Macaaron that the order could be delayed to such an extent
2. No ETA and no way to track the shipment was provided by Maccaron
3. Maccaron does not have a functionally useful customer support system. Many have dealt with "Rohit" and "Khushi" who are just copy-pasting the same automated emails to the customers. They have disabled their chat service which was a joke to begin with. They have no customer care number.
4. No ETA has been given by Maccaron on orders which have been ordered since March 2023
5. There is no cancellation option provided by Maccaron for the orders.
6. There is no refund option for prepaid orders provided by Maccaron. When you request them, then a "Khushi" or "Rohit" tells you that when you get the items, you can send them back instead of receiving them and then get your refund. Maccaron wants the customers to do this when they don't even have an ETA for the orders.
7. Many people are now mentioning how Maccaron has automatically cancelled their orders (whose delivery has been pending since March 2023). Maccaron has not even mentioned anything about generating refunds to their customers.
8. Many of these orders have been cancelled by Maccaron as they are "out of stock", but Macarron has not mentioned the same on their website, and they are still accepting the consumer's hard-earned money on these supposed"out-of-stock" items
9. Customers are getting multiple KYC requests to fill out the KYC forms. Firstly, KYC entails customers having to share their Identity, Photo identity and address proof. This was never mentioned anywhere when the order was being placed and is a gross violation of customer privacy.
10. Moreover, customers are repeatedly getting KYC requests, and are told to ignore them if KYC has already been fulfilled. But there is no way of knowing that the KYC they have submitted has been received, and accepted. When asked the same in email, the "Khushi" and "Rohit" hit you with the same automated emails
