Madhur Courier — courier not deliver on time and misbehaviour from ur side

My mom send courier indore to delhi. But i cant recived it.. I was call the person then it deliver the courier in 8 days. Which 8s so delay. Then i picked the courier he told me u dont writern the block no. But block no is already writtern on parcel. Then he was givee excuses.. M not in that time well condition. M pregnant i told him plz put it in first floor.. But he refused me and throw the parcel and told me.. Its not heavy.. But parcel weight is 9 kg. Ur service is so bad.. Specially delhi service. I refer any one dont send anything with ur service
