Madhur Courier — Parcel not delivered even after 12 days

My uncle have delivered a parcel to me from Madhur courier, cloth market Indore to 4/26, Sector 4, Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow on 10 october 2020 & Rs.100 was charged for the delivery at doorstep in Lucknow. It was committed to us that delivery of parcel will be done in 7 days. But it didnt reached to my place even by 21 october 2020. When I enquired about parcel I came to know that parcel has been recieved at Lucknow on 19 october itself but didnt deliver yet. When asked the reason of not delivering, person in Lucknow mentioned that delivery is not possible at the destination as it is far from them. However I was committed by person in indore sitting at Madhur Courier that the parcel will be delivered at doorstep in Lucknow. I was falsely committed about delivery and the sales was made on false terms. Hence i demand an action to be taken on Madhur Courier and a case u/s 420 should be imposed on Madhur courier and its person sitting in cloth market Indore and Lucknow .
