I ordered jhumar crystals from delhi and they send it through madhur courier service. After 10 days also i didnt get the parcel so i tried the number on receipt but not out of 3 evn a single number was working. Then i called the jhumar shop employee to ask them and gave me 1 number. I talked to that person and he said your courier is back in Delhi because we dnt have service in your area. If that is the case they shouldn't accept it in first...

Our parcel in RRCAT-Indore is not received. They are making different execuses at different instances. Sometimes they say our security is not allowing their delivery boys and sometims they say our location is not in their service area. I confimed that all these execuses are false. Please take appropriate action....

My coriar no [protected] book from maihar to devlali (nashik) nashik coriar shop not delevery to devlali and his behaviar is very bad....

I had courier on 16 in mandla but yet i diDnt any update about received parcel... wat the hell is going on dont know all are just transfering numbers but no one says wen it will get receive to the destination...
7days ago u people take such long time???? very bad service and very bad behaving on callS.. Daily i take update about courier daily i just get kal mil jaega... But 7 days ago not received

Courier arrive in...

I m waiting for my courier p[protected] which is booked from Indore to manmad . In tracking system it shows courier reached on 20 Oct 20 last 24 hours passed, upand I don't have a courier or phone call of local buddy..
I call at Bhopal and Indore office ask about above no. Courier they gave me a mob.no. [protected] for courier .. when I call on this no.ans. wrong no.
I again call at indore h.o. they suggested to call Mumbai off....

My uncle have delivered a parcel to me from Madhur courier, cloth market Indore to 4/26, Sector 4, Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow on 10 october 2020 & Rs.100 was charged for the delivery at doorstep in Lucknow. It was committed to us that delivery of parcel will be done in 7 days. But it didnt reached to my place even by 21 october 2020. When I enquired about parcel I came to know that parcel has been recieved at Lucknow on 19 october...

We have send a mail to Mr.Sourabh Saraf at IFFCO TOKIO Gen Ins Co. Ltd.
214-Complex, Zone 1, Mp Nagar Bhopal..on August 2020.
Butt till date mail not delivered till date.
We are doing continues follow up with local office but there reply is very casual .

My complaint is about the hopeless delivery system of Madhur Courier. I had booked a parcel on 13.10.2020 through this courier on urgent basis from Korba to Thane West (Consignment no. [protected] & [protected]). Today is 19.10.2020 & the courier has not been received by the recipient.

I'm continuously chasing for the same in Thane West office but but your intervention is required to solve the issue...

Madhur courier had denied the service to us stating that delivery boy has refused to deliver courier and i have to pickup it from their office...

My parcel no.P[protected] is at Hasanpur, Delhi from last 2 days but still not delivered to me and landline number is ringing but no one is ansering, mobile of Mr. Mishra contact person's switched off....

I had booked a parcel from JOGESHWARI FROM MUMBAI on 28 september, I had booked it to Kenny Dunwell, 31 Samta Colony, New Indra Nagar, Charoda Bhilai. Distt. Durg. Chhattisgarh. 490025 ( via kumhari) mob [protected]. my personal address.
I had paid Rs.1170 for it.

The consignment has reached bhilai and lying there from 6th October.

They are holding the consignment and did not delever...

My medicine receive bhilai office in 3rd of October 2020.But i am not receive parcel. 4 month ago same problem done. I visit 2 times but no response in your office. My doc. Number is[protected]. Jabalpur to bhilai....

I had booked an important document through Madhur Courier on 15/09/2020 from Ambikapur(CG) to Kolkata(WB). But still it not received by my family at Kolkata.
The most worst things i watched that neither they have proper information nor any customer care no. The two number they showed in the website are wrong.
In online tracking my courier shows different information on 03/10/2020 once is ready to out from Bilaspur to Camac...

i have sent my very important and valueable documents from indore (madhya pradesh) to tikamgarh (madhya pradesh) on 20th march, 2020. with C/No. [protected].

and now it almost more than 6 months that till today i have not received my documents.

its taking more than 5000 Rs. for getting the copy of those documents(which i sent through madhur courier). Now i am feeling very helpless.

Brown box docket no. P[protected] person has send my material by courier from madhur and not entry my parcel docket no. On there website and is missing from last 45 days for 2 kg parcel they have taken 5 kg parcel amount so let us know how should i will find my parcel....
