We sent our Parcel on date:- 31/10/20 (Smart Packaging System) Indore to (Ekyure Herbal) Delhi, parcel isn't delivered yet and we're unable to track our parcel. there are some issue/Error in your tracking system.

        I have been using Madhur Courier Services since years..! I am from Ujjain Madhya Pradesh. Your service provider is taking 4 to 7 days for Ujjain-Indore parcels. And also they are not resposding the phone call. Highly unsatisfactory behavior. Service provider's address is shivam Palace Mohan Talkies Road Ujjain

          Hi, my Shipment ID is P[protected]. It is showing same tracking status since last 7 days and not at all updating. My parcel is showing "BAG FORWARDED BY DELHI TO INDORE" from 23Oct and it is 7 days now but yet it is not updating status.
          I called Delhi/Indore/Bhopal head office and all the contact number available on website but they are of no use. Firstly they don't pick the calls or if they receive it they don't have any details other than what even i can also see over tracking website.
          Need immediate update on my shipment with proper explanation of it delay.

              TRACKING ID :-P[protected]. As Per Tracking my parcel reached at designated hub on 23rd of October. As on date, it is still undelivered and there is no response over phone from hub persons.

              Kindly do the needful and revert back asap.

              Treat the matter as most urgent and on higher priority.

                    I ordered jhumar crystals from delhi and they send it through madhur courier service. After 10 days also i didnt get the parcel so i tried the number on receipt but not out of 3 evn a single number was working. Then i called the jhumar shop employee to ask them and gave me 1 number. I talked to that person and he said your courier is back in Delhi because we dnt have service in your area. If that is the case they shouldn't accept it in first place. I told them tell me the branch office number and i will collect it by myself. The branch in jammu person told me that they didn't received any parcel since long and other person is lying. Now the person from delhi office chandni chowk is not even picking up my call. Such courier services should be shut down. They dnt have any professionalism..They are nothing but quacks and opened a firm to looting a person.

                        Our parcel in RRCAT-Indore is not received. They are making different execuses at different instances. Sometimes they say our security is not allowing their delivery boys and sometims they say our location is not in their service area. I confimed that all these execuses are false. Please take appropriate action.

                              I had courier on 16 in mandla but yet i diDnt any update about received parcel... wat the hell is going on dont know all are just transfering numbers but no one says wen it will get receive to the destination...
                              7days ago u people take such long time???? very bad service and very bad behaving on callS.. Daily i take update about courier daily i just get kal mil jaega... But 7 days ago not received

                              Courier arrive in jalbalpur then y u people not dispaching to the customer..????

                                I m waiting for my courier p[protected] which is booked from Indore to manmad . In tracking system it shows courier reached on 20 Oct 20 last 24 hours passed, upand I don't have a courier or phone call of local buddy..
                                I call at Bhopal and Indore office ask about above no. Courier they gave me a mob.no. [protected] for courier .. when I call on this no.ans. wrong no.
                                I again call at indore h.o. they suggested to call Mumbai off.
                                Phone no.[protected]..which is switched off. Then I again call at indore and Bhopal H.o. they were not responding..
                                Such kind of harassment..
                                Disgusting customer s..
                                Pls look out in this case and give right solutions

                                  My uncle have delivered a parcel to me from Madhur courier, cloth market Indore to 4/26, Sector 4, Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow on 10 october 2020 & Rs.100 was charged for the delivery at doorstep in Lucknow. It was committed to us that delivery of parcel will be done in 7 days. But it didnt reached to my place even by 21 october 2020. When I enquired about parcel I came to know that parcel has been recieved at Lucknow on 19 october...

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My complaint is about the hopeless delivery system of Madhur Courier. I had booked a parcel on 13.10.2020 through this courier on urgent basis from Korba to Thane West (Consignment no. [protected] & [protected]). Today is 19.10.2020 & the courier has not been received by the recipient.

                                    I'm continuously chasing for the same in Thane West office but but your intervention is required to solve the issue with this courier service.
