I have booked the packet of srl diagnostics which pod no is p[protected] on dated 19/4/18 to gurgaon from moradabad. Till today my packet was not delivered. No one are taking the responsibility as very serious patient's sample in that packet. Your manager mr. Nitin & mr. Chanchal has done switch off their phone. I booked a courier on 17.04.18 from indore to chirimiri, c.g. but product is not deliver till date and no any updates providing by courier, I am very disappointed, no any person picking my call in Bhopal office.
