Madrasshoppe — Book that I ordered for Rs.399 is not delivered, and company not responding

I had ordered for a book named "Crossing the Chasm" by Geoffrey Moore for Rs.399 on 02 Sept 2021 (Reference: BKDBI_[protected], but I haven't gotten the product from them yet. The money was paid through PayTm. They in fact tricked me into choosing PayTm, because the other options of Cash on Delivery (COD) was more costly. However after the payment, they did nothing to get the book delivered to me. The first time I contacted them (through their portal, but not a one-one conversation with any customer care executive. In fact that is the only option they provide), I was told that they don't have a seller yet, and they are "Awaiting Seller Approval". They even changed the status to this. This is when I sensed something fishy and on checking online about them, I found that everyone has had an issue with them. They seem to be a scam. After that, I wrote again to them requesting an update, but no response. Then after 2 days, I requested them for a refund, and again there is no response. I am completely convinced that they don't intend on delivering my product or my money back. But I cannot let go of this. I really need my money back. I am still in college, therefore this money is big for me. So I cannot let go of this.

I had got a message from madrasshoppe one day after I posted this message. It said that they are cancelling my order and that I will get my money back in 5-7 days. So I thought I will wait, but it has been really long and there has been no money credited to my paytm account in lieu of the cancellation. Please help me out. I have attached a screenshot to my paytm transaction history for proof that they haven't paid me yet. I have also attached a screenshot showing that my order was cancelled on 14th (it has been more than 11 days now).

I don't think this portal is of any help. I am trying INGRAM :/
