I ordered a book Order Reference NR-034421 - placed on 08/18/2020 at https://www.madrasshoppe.com/. I received only one mail regarding the confirmation but there was no track id or track link or tentative date for order delivery . I contacted through call, email and customer support but there is no response from their team. At 23/08/2020 i received a mail stating that the book is out of stock but while ordering there was no such thing mentioned. Now i wanted to cancel the order but there is no link for the same and the given link is also not working. I paid 498 rupee Reference: BKDPSBU_[protected] through paytm. I contacted again for the same but the responsible person is cutting my call. Kindly help me to cancel the order and get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hello the same problem I faced. I order a book on quantum mechanics by Griffith. Even it is now 7 days, but no response. I scare now whether this site is trustworthy or not.
There is no cancellation link etc. I paid about 700 RS.
Now what to do. I send a mail, but no response. I urge madrassoppe should immediately respond and take action.
