Hi, this is regarding your naggi noodles that we have been fond of since childhood. Even my 3 year old nephew is also fond of maggi but recently when we were cooking maggi for him we opened the packet and found a brown colour big live worm in the packet stuck between noodles. The sight was so awful and it was moving so fast that we quickly wrapped the packet and threw it.
Unfortunately we missed clicking the picture of the worm as we have two little kids at home. But maggi is such abig brand name and we were loyal customers from so many years, now doesnt feel like eating or even buying it anymore.
Would want you to please look into this matter and ensure quality measures are taken so that no other person should experience what we did ☹️

I love maggi noodles almost i eat daily.. And now my kids also.. Their lunch is always maggi noodles.
Now come to the complain... My complain is about the third class quality of soups variety.. Which has nothing except salty water.. No corn flour no chicken stock nothing...
It has just salt..!
Please... Keep the taste maker or only salt separately as you keep in noodles packet so we can put according to our taste..
Majority of people are now hypertensive.. And salt is killing ingredient for them.. And as much salt as you are adding that's too much.. Please provide salt sachet separately.. So not only my family but the rest of diabetic and hypertensive or obese people can enjoy soups also as they enjoy noodles.
The other complain is about conaistency of soup.. Which is as thin as water... Please add some more corn flour.. To make it thick

I went to buy your tomyam hotcup set
It was buy 6 free 2
I eventually open 3 and one of them, the maggi inside only has half a cup.
So i wonder what happend to my hot cup

Your so juicy sticky bbq chicken bag has melted in our oven in less then 30mins and you expect us to leave it in there 55mins. Are you trying to kill us? I want something to be done my flat smells like melted plastic. If it had court fire then the flat up stairs (Which has a family of 4 in) would of been in trouble. This is a serious problem that needs fixing.

I have bought a packet of maggi for rs. 12/- on 10/02/2018 from store. I opened up packet to prepare and found there is masala pouch missing in this.

I felt very embarrassed in front of my friends as i had invited them to do maggi party. Masala pouch is the reason behind your noodles is at the top.

Once you do such silly kind of mistake and lack of propoer consumer feedback will surely hit your brand value.

Maggi being a very favorite snack to kids this morning we got maggi for breakfast we started to prepare and unfortunately saw a "worm with antennae" it looks weird and we were shocked and was very much disappointed to see worm coming out of the noodles slowly. It was not able to resist the heat and started to come out. It died finally.

My 3 kids had maggie yesterday in the evening 5.30-6pm. But by 9 pm there where not able to have there dinner. They eat little and went to sleep. By 11 pm my second and third kid starting vomiting. By 12.30 in night they had done 5 times each and 1 more time in hospital.

They were admitted 1 injection each scanning done. And let out at 2 am today.

Symptoms: headache, sever stomach pain, continuous vomiting.

Doctors said it’s the case of food poisoning.

I have the remain 3 pack left from the pack of 6.

I bought maggi packet from nearby store. I checked the manufacturing date. It was december 2017 and as per description on packet it was best to use before 9 months of packing. And the packet was sealed properly.
I opened the packet and red colour ants were present on the noodles.
I totally lost all my trust for this product.
So its my request to please look into the matter n i am looking forward for your response.

I’m regular consumer of maggie but today this incident upsetted me a lot. I found a plastic rubber band in my cooked maggie. Im not sure if it was dropped in the wax or the masala pack but it literally gav me a shock. Then, i took the band from my vessel and again dropped it in to post it on social media. I confess that i never used any bands while cooking as far to my knowledge. I demand an explanation for this, till then i’m not going to leave it for free

Again a disappointment. I bought a pack of maggi, the masala was not at all fresh. There were lumps and when i made it the maggi masala did not even get properly mixed. This was not the end. The taste was so bad it was salty.
I have been a regular customer for maggi but after buying this back of maggi i seriously lost all my trust for this huge brand. Total disappointment

One of complaints against maggi is that seasoning mix is not sufficient for the noodles which results in a bad taste (Or may be tasteless) and also the quantity of maggi is less even after increasing it up-to rupees too (I. E rupees12) and regarding taste of chicken is not satisfying and so the egg maggiso please please please work on all these things and i hereby request nestle to relaunch "tomato flavoured maggi" again because i like that flavor since my childhood

Pathetic experience with maggi oats noodles
I had a very bad experience with the maggi oats. On demand of my daughter i thought of preparing the same again (I would like to update that one week before i tried the same product but after i consumed the same, within half an hour i had a stomach ache as a result i thought of rinsing the same before preparing it).
But what surprised me was this (See image below). It was quite disgusting to see the same, i poured some water to rinse the same but outcome was disgusting and unbelievable.
Dear all, please be vigilant as i found this brand and the product quite unreliable.
I am wondering what would be the outcome of consuming such a product by the children or even the parents. Please be cautious!!!
I expect a compensation for the same.

We have bought nestle maggie... Just we opened it, it is fully destroyed as it is green in colour which means there is fungi in it.. It is really a serious matter as it can effect our health also.. How can u do this mistake? It is very harmful for customers... It is not expected from u... Really disappointing... We have checked it is also not expired.. U should take immediate action... I bought a packet of maggi letup goreng kari berasap only to come home and find out that there weren't any seasoning powders in any of the four packets inside it. It was very disappointing. I ended up starving myself, in fact. I mean i didn't pay to buyjust noodles. Hope the company can compensate for my loss as i don't want to lose trust on the quality of your products in the future....

This to complaint about your product maggi noodles. Today as i opened the maggi noodles packet i found a sudi (Insect) in it. I have been putting my trust in your product since childhood and even during toughest time of maggi noodles. Its very disapponting that your product found to be inedible and my money gone useless spent buying your product. My family has been a big fan of maggy noodles since beginning. I was shocked to see that good company like maggie is sharing noodles in very bad condition which could later cause serious health issue. My maggie was was manufactured in the month of may'17 and was damaged by fungus despite the product was sealed pached and after opening the packet i felt disgusting.

Please acknowledge and i want serious action against it.

I keep maggi noodles as a backup but maggi betrayed me. I bought a large pack of noodles of about inr 100 and stored it for backup but last night when i took it out to cook i saw that all i had was noodles and no tastemaker. Completely fooled me out.in the middle of night no food just noodles. Why?? I want answers maggi.

You buy a brand you get just noodles and no tastemaker. Ridiculous! All noodles will go as a waste. My money and faith in maggi just wasted.

Hi i bought 2 packets of so stir fry oriental 3 spice chicken noodles

But i opened both packets and fount no herb mix in them as they always do so they had no favour mix to put with them also they wernt together all noodles were snapped apart not in the block shape as normal i love these noodles buy um every week for chinese meal but these 2 i bought cudnt use at all i wamt good will gesture or summit for my issue with these 2 of your products

I bought new maggie mumbaiya chatak masala noodles. I made it at my home, in a closed kitchen where it is not possible for insect to enter. But as i was eating maggie.. I found an insect like thing in it. On looking at it with magnifying glass... It was a dead insect. Now i am disgusted and afraid to use maggie products. Careless act in food industry.
