Rental industry is worsening day by day in bangalore bcz agents and owner are looting the tenants. I came to bangalore i was searching for flat in btm 2nd stage i seen many ads on magic bricks after i came into contact with agent salman he showed me many properties i finally choose one property near axis bank atm building opposite jaguar fitness he charged me one month brokerage with deposit 50k at a time. I told him that i am looking for a job here if get job i will stay for a long time or else i will leave that flat and he agreed to this he told me that owner will deduct half month rent which is 6k for painting and i agreed for this and later he taken token money from me which is one month of the rent and 50k deposit. And same day i told him for agreement he told me tomorrow i will give u and daily i was calling him for agreement but he was saying i am busy tomorrow i will give u, daily daily he was procrastinating after two months i got agreement from owner and you know what had written on that agreement that i can't leave flat before 11 months if i try to leave one month will be deducted and painting charges also deducted 12.5 k which is one month rent that means i will get 25k deducted out of deposited 50k. Now i came to know why they are asking for huge deposits when u leave they will deducted 50% to 70%. I don't what karnataka govt is doing in this bcz lot of fraudsters is roaming in bangalore.
